Dinan had a great experience great service very friendly staff and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend that. very fast workers. It was pretty busy, but they got my order done and a very good amount of time very pleased.

Stopped by about 7 pm to grab a sub. A group of 3, we had coupons. COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT ZANESVILLE SUBWAYS. This is not a good decision. At the very least, signs should be posted before one reaches the register. All of us are on a limited budget. At the most, they need to accept coupons that are mailed to Zanesville residents or find a way to stop the coupons. I heard more CAN'T in this visit than one customer should. They couldn't use a salad bowl for my toppings because of inventory. Same with cups. And take down that ridiculous sign on the glass announcing we ask which meats are cut in the store. It is misleading from the commercials that are telling us the meat is freshly cut, leading at least me to think it is like Jersey Mikes. Also the sign makes it impossible to see the ingredients.

Got 2 subs tonight and tried to use a coupon. Coupons are not accepted at any Zanesville Subway. That was the tail end of a disappointing visit. You can't use a bowl or cup for toppings because they are inventoried. They don't have mayonnaise packets. I don't go to Subway often and I truly do not plan on coming back here.

The young ladies working were working so hard&they were very polite! The toaster wasnt working I dont think bc my daughter and my subs were not warm that's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

You can never go wrong with subway. There was on older gentleman George who was working, and let me just say that he deserves a raise! Best service I’ve ever had!

Ordered a pizza sub and had to ask the lady making my sandwich for pepperoni. I don't believe you usually have to ask for the meat that comes with your sandwich. She made sure to space out every single slice of pepperoni as far as possible, so I only got a quarter of the meat I was supposed to. I normally get spinach on my pizza subs, but I had to settle to lettuce because all the spinach was withered and disgusting. When I took a bite out of my sandwich; it was ice cold and realized that the lady never asked if I'd like my sandwich toasted. To top it all off I checked my receipt after I finished my meal and noticed that she charged me for EXTRA MEAT. I was less upset when the north Walmart location put glass in my sub.
