Always loved Whits until today. We ordered a choc cookie dough delight and a caramel pecan pie. And discribed the topping s. Even ask at the window why no toppings. Got home called store only to be told by the person who made and served our custard. (Manager ,she said ) You have to ask for toppings. Seems like false advertisment.Nothing says order toppings separately.

I stopped here often. I really enjoy their peanut butter milkshakes. The muddy musky made with chocolate custard is also delicious. I tried their banana split and it was pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend stopping here.

Well I haven't been to Whits this year, probably won't be back. I ordered the O Henry George. The custard was good, lots of peanuts, I had to dig for the little bit of chocolate syrup and caramel. Disappointed yes. I think I'll stay with Dave's BBQ on Linden Ave . Their desserts are always just right.

Very happy with how our sundaes turned out. The custard was smooth and creamy, and the portion size value for the money was great.
Would definitely go back many times.

I rarely leave a 1 star review, but the management at this place is rude. They have the front counter closed because they say they are short staffed. There are 4 employees working inside and custard piling up and melting on a table while workers are standing around. Making elderly people get back in their cars to order. Almost causing accidents on Maple Ave because they are inefficient at running their establishment. This makes no sense, I mean it’s putting custard into a cup or cone. I will never come back here again. Mostly because the manager was rude with customers. You list me and probably dozen more today.

Worst service I have had , sit in drive through forever finally decided to walk up stood there 10 min nobody came to window so I left and will never be back , if u luke terrible service stop here at Whitts in Zanesville, Ohio
Tried this place for the first time about a month ago, and have made it a habit to go when I’m in zanesville!!! Love the specialty flavors, it’s a nice touch and something exciting to look forward too.
