Super fast and friendly, came in last night with all four of my children. They were all over the place, but the server was nothing but polite , patient and kind to me and my kids. Great service and good food, will definitely be back!

THIS STORE IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! I WENT IN LAST NIGHT AT 8 PM AND ANOTHER MAN WAS BEHIND ME. I WALKED UP THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED.I LITERALLY WALKED IN THE DOOR AT 8 PM ON THE DOT I WAS IMMEDIATELY SCREAMED AT "WE ARE CLOSED" I SAID " THE DOOR SAYS YOU DONT CLOSE UNTIL 10 PM AND YOUR WEBSITE SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 10 PM" HE SAID " I AM MANAGEMENT WE ARE CLOSED!"I DONT KNOW WHO THE MAN IS THAT HAS THE GLASSES THAT WORKS THERE BUT HE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!!!!!! HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU PAY FOR THE SANDWICHES IS RIDICULOUS WHEN HE WON'T EVEN LISTEN TO YOU AND HARDLY PUTS ANY MEAT ON THE SANDWICHES!!!! WHY IS THIS STORE EVEN OPEN? The food was fine, the man working waiting on us was abrupt, short tempered, and obviously wanted us out of there. Even though we were the only customers in the store. The lady working was very nice and was trying to help us.

The staff here is completely incompetent. Came in to order 2 footloongs, 1 six inch and a kids meal. After struggling MIGHTILY to order the smaller sandwiches, which still weren't done right btw, I just decided to leave without event attempting the footlongs. The girl didn't understand and barely spoke English and the manager was more concerned with his phone call.

What a waste of time half the time there’s not hardly any food on the sandwiches. Arcadia is a ways out you know it’s not like everybody lives right in the town of Arcadia the dot in the middle of nowhere. I called ahead to double check what time they closed I showed up with plenty of time to have a sandwich made before closing and they turned me away. Thanks for letting me wast my gas. Wont happen again. I’m contacting corporate to make a complaint I’m tired of this.
