I used to love this Taco Bell but it has gotten TERRIBLE! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. They will not even give you taco sauce. In the last five times I’ve gone, they have not gotten my order right. Today I ordered three taco supremes. I received two normal tacos and one broken SOFT taco. It was so stale I threw it out. None were the supreme I paid for.My vegetarian boyfriend has given up ordering their food because you ask for black beans and they never listen.On top of the terrible quality of the ingredients (brown lettuce, stale tortillas!) they do not even give out sauce packets anymore. Doesn’t matter what you tell the employees, they’ll only give you three sauces in a stupid packet. See attached picture!!! That’s all I got for my tacos!If you want to receive decent quality Taco Bell and you enjoy the sauce, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! THIS TACO BELL SUCKS! The customers pay for the stupid food. Give us enough free sauce to put on all our tacos. A complete idiot manages this location!! You’ll waste your money if you go here. You’ve been warned.

How many times, no matter the time and day of the week can they get your order wrong? EVERY TIME! Politely asked the guy for no onions or cheese because it’s for a child. “Yep sure didn’t “ open it when we got home, really! Im the only person there! Go back in and he said it was on the order ! NO IT WASN’T because it was placed on a KIOSK to avoid human error again! You all can’t read or comprehend anything!

1 star because ZERO stars is not an option. Walked in and there was nobody in view. After looking at the menu one employee walked out from behind the counter making absolutely zero eye contact with us. Moving to the far end of the counter I see 3 employees talking and laughing with 1 make eye contact with us but nobody came out to take our order. The first employee now returns to behind the counter walking past us and again no eye contact and proceeds to go talk with other employees. A second employee goes to the drive-thru and starts taking an order. We left. Taco Bueno you now have all our business

I ordered though DoorDash, and this is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in my life. So fresh, quick, orderly and delicious. Burritos were Full and order was 100% correct. I don’t know which of your staff worked 1-3-24 but they are AMAZING! They know how to make a solid extra chicken quesadilla and a kicked butt on my order.

Walked in for lunch and it wasn't too busy. I waited at the counter to place my order, staff said hello however, no one would take my order. So tired of people not offering customer service because there is a machine where you can do the job for them. For being so slow, someone should of been able to take my order.Customer service is dead.

I don’t know how they managed to get every single item on my order wrong but they did. They replaced my coffee with sprite because they were out and said nothing to me, didn’t even ask me what I could substitute it for. I ordered the breakfast tacos and when I opened the back it was 2 soggy breakfast burritos. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go here. They are the rudest employees you’ll ever meet they will not greet you. They will not talk to you. They will completely ignore you unless you make yourself known. every employee in there deserves to be fired and replaced by somebody that can actually do the job. Whoever the little blonde girl is working the window is a extremely rude person. She slammed the bag down on the table and just walked off. do not go to this Taco Bell and to whomever the owner is you need to re-strategize your employees because you’ve got three stars and nobody likes this place
I just absolutely love taco Bell's hot sauce and beans. They always do a phenomenal job here. Only thing I can say if make sure when ordering fiesta potatoes to ask for them fresh otherwise they might be as hard as a rock hahahVegetarian options: Anything can be swapped out for black beans or refried beans which is great.

This place has the worst service. My friends and I have ordered from here twice and haven't even come close to what we ordered. And they fill the burritos with wayyy too much sauce. It's like the put the whole bottle in it. Got a bag with nothing of what we ordered we asked for 2 crunch wraps and got 3 burritos.

Generally they're not great with dealing with anyone that comes into the restaurant, so if you go here stick to the drive thru. During my latest trip I got stared at by the kid working for a moment then ignored entirely. Did not say she'd be right with me or anything. After waiting 5 minutes I walked out.
