One of the coolest places I have had the pleasure to visit. We were looking for some place cool that was open on a Monday! We are so glad we stopped! Rustic outlaw atmosphere, real saloon with swingin doors, the coolest old Bar, and a lower level where the river runs thru the building! I ordered the ultimate Bloody Mary! It had a slider on top! The bun was homemade! So good! I can’t wait to travel this way again! Staff was very friendly and food was awesome!

The atmosphere at the place has a cool western vibe. The service was mediocre. She was mostly efficient but not friendly. The server sat at an empty table near us looking at her phone most of the time we were there. The pretzel appetizer, burger and kids Mac n cheese were yummy!

Came to town to enjoy the night an hour and a half into the night finally got 1 of 2 appetizers with only excuse is computer trouble but tables that sat 45 min after have already recieved their meal. Will never return do not recommend!

Cute place and the food is very homestyle cooking which was good but the service was embarrassing. I understand being busy or in a touristy area but eye rolls and attitude are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to any family with children. My four year old didn’t even get his drink until the waitress handed us our check and said “sign here”…Not even a thank you for coming or have a nice day. Please have the lowest expectations for hospitality and service if you are desperate enough to come here.
Called to ask if this place does take out orders since I've never been here. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I ended up going somewhere else instead.

Service was terrible from the time we walked in to the time we left. Everyone was walking around like they were busy but nobody was really helping customers. Side note we got to the restaurant around 11:00 so it was not packed in there. We sat down and ordered 4 drinks, one of them being from the bar. We got our 3 teas fairly quickly and after about 15 minutes my husband said I wonder where my drink is. Meanwhile our server was walking back and forth across the restaurant doing nothing really. It was actually bizarre to watch. Anyway, he finally got up and ordered his own beer at the bar. Our server noticed that and made sure to let us know they would make sure our ticket was credited. We ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer. We got a giant plate of chips and 2 tiny cups of salsa. We ordered 2 chicken fried steaks, a chicken tenders basket, & nachos. It took about 25 minutes to come out and all of it was ok but definitely could’ve been much better. The atmosphere of the restaurant was the best part. Very cool place but just needs better service.

We were told it would be 30-35 minutes to be seated. It took over an hour. Then once we were seated it took 1.5 hours to get our food. We literally spent 3 hours from 2-5 at this restaurant which really messed up our day. Then we received the wrong food and items were missing. Once I complained, I was given a minimal amount off of our bill , which was insulting, and the manager didn't even come over to apologize. She made the waitress take all the heat, and nothing that occurred was her fault. This is definitely not how you treat customers who spent over 200.00 for a 3 hour lunch, that was far less than par. We visit Broken Bow often, but will not be returning here. It's not about what happens at first, but how you make up for it, and nothing was done to make things better.
