Great place! Quick Wendy's! Friendly staff!NO EBT! That's my favorite part. There's vape and liquor adjacent and no one knocked on my truck for "company" like at those places that do accept EBT and have nearby liquor/vape.

Shower looks more like a failed construction zone, Hot water colder than the cold, towel has been bleached beyond it being a cleaning rag, precious customer towels still in room,Not a pilot, I should have moved to the loves across the road,Wendy’s was out of chili, fries had enough salt to melt the entire parking lot, so when the lot is covered with snow this winter just throw some fries on it, tomato was paper thin,I will NOT be back

If you want sauce for your chicken tenders make sure to bring your own unless you want to pay for it. Save your self some money and get some better food. Just walk across the street to sonic.

Do not stop here. It's not a pilot anymore. I purchased 3 chicken thighs at 2.09 each and then she charges .15 for each packet of hot sauce. She was like whatever when I questioned her about it and then the other girl on the register drops the thirty cents in the drawer. I wonder if they are doing this making side money because I have never seen anyone charge for condiments. Not a good experience. Don't even want the chicken now.

Paid at pump fine. Large and clean inside. Ok selection but lots of products were double faced. Restroom was clean. Our only issue was the cashier was frustratingly slow. 2 bottles of water and beef jerky paying with cash threw her for a loop figuring out change. I do like their beer fridge.
Cashiers are very rude and seem to be on a power trip all the time. Prices often ring up differently than they are marked on the shelf. Bathrooms are also dirty all the time. I wouldn't waste my stop on them. Go to the loves and you will have a much better experience.

Some of the pumps were OOS and the ones that were in service, some didn't have DEF. Parking for about 75 trucks. Inside was clean and well maintained. Truck area was a complete mess. From construction to garage to potholes.

The bathroom was sketchy. I was using the big stall and saw someone push on the door. I said someone's using it but the shadow never moved. When I opened the stall door, NO ONE WAS THERE

This is an old service station recently converted to Pilot. The Wendys is nice, food wss good and employeed friendly and helpful. The fuel station is newer inside with a very good selection of convenience items such as beer, wine, non alcoholic beverages and made daily hot food. Chicken wings, pizza and sides. I was told that the food is pricey so i simply glanced at display case as i walked by.If you want Pilot amenities, well not pilot coffee and 2 showers and they are ss old as the towels and wash cloth....no floor mat. They don't sprsy disinfectant after wiping shower and room down, my shower at 1830 was initially all cold. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and the warm water did arrive. No foam soap dispenser at sink and shower dispenser was empty. But yhe room was very warm.Parking lot; no reserved parking, room for maybe 25 trucks but a few spots were next to impossible to get in becsuse of how narrow the lot is and there proximity to fuel island.
