What happened to food services requiring workers to wear hairnets, or at the very least a ponytail? Nothing like two long hairs embedded in melted cheese to kickstart my diet!

Let me start by saying the food was good and the girl with the blue hair more than made up with her kindness and respect. She is an awesome worker. So we are standing in the line and his name was on his hat but my husband said we should not name him. He finished with a customer another 4 people standing there in line and he starts to have a long conversation with another employee taking lunch in the other room and never greeting the girls and cutting up and laughing. The girls started making fun of him. I would think maybe he was rude because he didn't like older people but he was just as rude to the two pretty girls in front of us. So he left the bread case open and flys were starting to crawl on the bread and I told him you left the door open and he looked at it and obviously didn't care. The girl with the blue hair shut it. He was rude to us because we didn't know the menu had changed. We have ate there many times over the years and never had that kind of experience.

Walked in, 2 employees saw my family standing at the counter waiting, and just continued doing their busy work, without even acknowledging we were there, so we walked out. That's abysmal customer service, pathetic really.
