Horrible customer service. The lady that answers the phone and is usually at cash register is almost always very rude and unhelpful.. acts like it's just a lot of trouble to put effort into helping customers. I'm not sure if she's owner or manager but it seems like she's one or the other possibly. Quality of food has gone way downhill in last several years. Seems like they got new ownership or management several years ago, about the time we noticed it going down in quality of service and food.. but not price lol

The lady at the front is extremely rude. I was trying to ask question about my plate & she just repeated what I ordered with an attitude. Zero willingness to communicate with me. I love their food, but their customer service needs a good wash.

Very disappointed. Egg drop soup and egg roll was very good but the entree was barely edible. Kung Pao had a sour taste as if it was bad and the shrimp had not been deveined. ?. Will not return.

First time going and it Sucked!!! Over Priced chicken that looks like a 2year old put together. I ordered the " Hawaiian Chicken", Sounds fancy huh?? straight bullcrap.. lazY batter dipped chicken covered in sweet & Spicy sauce w/ Only 2 Pineapples on top!! And it said "Hawaiian chicken" like it was FANCY. It was tough to chew Anddd it was cut thin.!! Ugh, so disappointed.

Nope. The food was not good. Yes it was hot, but that's all I will give it. Each dish was dumped on with a jelled sauce. This is one Chinese cuisine that I will erase from my list! If you like deep fried fatty foods-this is your jam. Not mine.

I was not impressed by any aspect of this place. My pork dish was mostly too tough to eat. And overall the hype online wasn't true. The egg roll was hot and pretty good. But the pork nor the fried rice had vegetables I expected. Overall I was sorry that I bothered to try this. It's in an old bank, the building is run down. The bathroom smelled and was hard to access.
