Last weekend there was a mixup in to go order. We ordered 30 piece to go, got home, 15 miles, to find out there were only 15 pieces. Josh (manager) made it more than right, went back today to get wings for ncaa men’s national championship. He was there, very friendly, his whole crew very courteous, friendly, and glad to see ya attitude. It’s rare in the food service industry these days. Go there, you’ll not be disappointed.

Once you get their attention, the service is good, but every table is dirty when you arrive and if you stand at a table, they don't get it. You have to explicitly tell the bartender to clean it. Also, you will get stomach poisoning/stomach ache so bad it's an ER visit. 4th time we've gotten sick... so it's a hard no ever again.

The food was good as always but Shallen, our server was quite honestly the best server I've ever had in LIFE (I'm 40). Such a lovely, up beat, energy she brings with an absolute amazing serving skills If you are in for lunch or dinner and she's working 10/10 recommend asking for her as your waitress. Thanks Shallen for an amazing dining experience

We had Josie as our server on Saint Patrick's day. The service was wonderful. She was very polite and checked on us. Often, the best server in the place definitely ask for her if you go here. made sure my beer was full and the food was good.

The burgers were very delicious, the waiter was very friendly and tried to cover our needs. On another occasion the guy who helped us didn't have much experience but he was super friendly.

I did a to go order and the lady I talked to was really sweet, but I was told it would take 20 minutes and I waited almost an hour and I got the sampler which comes with wings, cheese sticks, onion rings, and nachos. I open the box and see no wings. I am very upset.

2nd time coming here to Oder pick-up and we are told our order is not this one I saw well it’s the one on west I-35 frontage rd and they say that’s us no duh the shorter mixed girl has the worst attitude I’ve seen in any customer service industry I’ve ever seen slinging bags around full of food and answering the phone with a long hateful huff don’t think I’ll be ordering pick up from here anytime soon
