Made a mobile order to pick up in store. The lobby was already closed before 9. Had to knock on the drive through window to ask an employee about order but was initially ignored by a different employee.They were out of everything and couldn’t give a refund. What they were able to serve wasn’t made correctly. Very disappointed in service today

The few times I went into to this Location ? I was very Not Happy. The first thing I noticed was that there Were only 2 People Working, Yes Only 2 one girl taking the orders, and only 1 Cook. After I ordered my food I noticed that The Burger had A lot of Sauce on it was Saturated in Sauce. I don't know what's Going on over there but They Need to Get it Together.

Didn’t allow takeout. Wouldn’t let me order from the screen. Waste of time and money.Edit: update a few years later: they always eff up up on my order of an Impossible Whopper. I do not want mayo but rather bbq sauce. They ALWAYS put mayo on it. I’ve been vegan for almost 8 years and this is disgusting. I have to go to the one on Broadway if I want one that’s perfect.Also one of the servers commented on my size (I’m SMOL), which I’m self-conscious about.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and want an Impossible Whopper? Don’t bother. They always eff it up.

Store hours list dine-in closing at 10pm and drive-thru open until midnight. Went by tonight at around 10:15 and got the recorded store closed message from drive-thru speaker.I like BK, but this location is constantly dead. Perhaps that's why they're closing early. Not sure if it's a permanent thing or not.
Wow waited 30 mins in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front had to pull out and eat at subway. All the Burger Kings are under staff under performing will not be back.

First time I've had Burger King in years and they didn't disappoint jk Nasty not edible cold fries soggy burger it was falling apart and had mayo and mustard dripping off of it in puddles couldn't touch without making a mess had to throw it out save your money and your health cross this place off your list and try something else
