Came here a couple times with colleagues and the service is what puts them at a 1 star rating. The first time wasn't so bad, but I have gone here 4 TIMES after my first visit, and they have all been lacking in service. I ordered like the rest of my colleagues and they all got their food, except me. I was there 40-50 minutes waiting on my food after ordering until I had to remind them they were missing an order. Next visit is the same thing, they don't bring an order, and the next and the next time. It's so repetitive at this point, I'm never guaranteed if I can receive good service or even get the food I ordered. I have a suggestion that would fix this problem, maybe your employees should look at the ticket for the table and do a look over and make sure everything is there? It's not hard. Anyways, good luck to those who eat here?. P.S. it's always the blonde guy with glasses, terrible server?.

No wasabi came with my sushi order. i called them and they said they have to charge for it. i have never heard of such a scam! really? you have to pay to have wasabi included in your order? they are cheap. all sushi, no matter where you get it includes wasabi in the tray. it reflects very poorly on the establishment. might as well not eat sushi without wasabi, i tossed it out and wasted money on the food and delivery.
