Always a great experience. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I usually go through the drive-through, but tonight, I ate in with a friend. The inside was a little dated, but Katie made sure we had a good meal.

This is my 2nd Carl's jr experience, and far superior than the first. I am so impressed by Katie's customer service and the quality of the food. It tasted fresh and was warm and the ladies there made us feel so welcome. great fried zucchini and jalapeño poppers!

I hate this place!!! They always mess something up. Either forget something or they are out of something. Staff is always blah and not helpful. I try to avoid this place as much as possible, but when my parents are in town, it's one of my dads requests. I would give zero stars if I could!!

Ordered inside for a takeout order. Had a lovely conversation with the lady behind the counter, then left with the order. I just assumed it was right. It was not. I got home and found that I was missing a sandwich. I called and called and called. No answer. I called another restaurant and they assured me that I was dialing the right number. I called all night to no avail, so I contacted corporate, who offered to give me a coupon if I would enroll in their rewards program. VERY disappointed that it ruined my night and they only offered a pittance for the trouble.
Only came because there was a promotion going on nationally, but your store was not participating. Very disappointed.

I went in at a busy time, Nancy, the GM, was at the counter helping out taking orders also. She was very pleasant and efficient. Food was made correctly. Great service. Keyli was very nice too.

apparently only one lady was working I ordered one shake then a car pulled up behind me. They made me pull around and wait 10 minutes while helping two other people that were behind me before helping me terrible service. will never return and won’t recommend come
