We ordered two pizzas and a wing online. Order was supported to be ready at 5:57 and I arrived 5:56. When I was at the this store -1708 2nd street Edmond- they did not even started my orders. They did not even realized that my order was placed. They did not even say sorry nor did not look sorry. It was very uncomfortable experiecne. Be careful when you order food here.

It's what you expect from a buffet atmosphere geared towards families with little kids. The Self-service soda fountain is almost always a mess. The bathrooms are not usually super clean either. For the quality of service and overall cleanliness (med to low) the prices are just too high. I only go here when I am SUPER hungry.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly but not adult friendly. If you're at all stressed, don't come here.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. It is wheel accessible albeit you may have a tight fit for seating / chair parking.

Every time we wanted to get more food, we had to wait for them to cook more. None of the items we liked were available. They seemed very unorganized and unprepared even at 4pm which is not a very busy time.
