I've been living in Edmond for the past two decades and have given this Domino's my business but today it was the last straw I waited 45 mins and then went to go pick up my order just to be told it's not even in the oven yet and it wilk be additional 45 mins. All This for a 16 piece bread bites...really are you going to grind the flour in the mill and then mix it with water and knead the dough and then handle it like a baby...NO YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE IT OUT OF FREEZER AND STICK IT IN OVEN... Domino's you have lost a loyal customer and honestly you don't care about your customers and now this customer doesn't care about eating at your establishment. Keep this up and you will loose all your customers.

This store has the worst customer service. They got my order wrong last week, and I did not realize until I got home. When I called back to the store the young man that answered told me "what do you expect me to do? We are busy" and hung up the phone. Not to mention it took double the time as quoted.Decided to give them a second chance tonight. Big mistake. Ordered through the app and it said 27-37 minutes. I arrived right about 40 minutes to be safe, and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. So I waited 20 minutes then asked to check how much longer, and was told another 20-30 minutes. When I started questioning why all the change in times they just responded with then we can cancel the order instead of addressing the problem

Just a mess. 6 employees working but no communication happening been waiting for over an hour. I understand busy times and taking a long time while short staffed however that is not the case here there is no urgency to even try to move a little bit faster.. it seems like their only focus is delivery orders not the 10 customers standing in the lobby..

At this Domino’s, when your pizza is missing an action, no one knows where it is and you asked for them to call the driver or to refund your money. Austin likes to hang up on people. I think Mazzio sounds like a good idea right about now or maybe even Marcos or maybe I’ll just drive to Casey’s and get a piece of pizza at a gas station with much more satisfaction.

This store is the worst. I have been charged extra amounts after my order was completed. I get notified by my card company. I then contacted the store to let them know of the fraud charges and they hung up on me and told me they couldn't do anything with an order number. Which I attempted to give but he refused and then hung up on

Ordered delivery Monday night. Put in the order at 6:46. Online promised by 7:28. Did not receive until 8:30. My house is just a couple miles down the road. I understand it you’re understaffed or busy but the app showed the delivery driver in my neighborhood for over 25 mins before I received my order. And I had tipped $15. Filled out the survey after ordering and never heard back.

Ordered two pizzas and one cheese bread through the app. I watched the tracker and it look 20 min for my pizza to be started, then after it came out of the oven it sat it "quality check" for 45 minutes. After 1.5 hrs from the initial delivery I canceled the order, and got Taco Bell.

The food is alright and they are generally pretty quick. But both times I've been they've gotten my order wrong. First time was the cheesy bread, alright okay, but this time was the pizza. Payed $20 for a pizza that was supposed to have loaded meats and just had bacon :(

I’ve given this store on danforth chance after chance & after tonight I will never order from this store again , they pick & choose when they want to provide good customer service , I redeemed a free emergency pizza for contactless delivery I just wanted a medium chicken pizza w shredded Parmesan Asiago & this is what I got specially made by Camryn who also spit in the pizza , they make your order wrong on purpose and I stopped tipping them for that reason & tonight the driver Austin left me a message , whether you get tipped or not you don’t treat customers this way, use other dominos stores around the city because the people that work here don’t care, Also DO NOT ORDER CONTACTLESS These employees here at this store specifically do all kinds of stuff to your order & they will block you out of the app from reporting a issue and not answer your phone calls if you have a problem with your order so if you get the wrong order you’ll have to go up to the store yourself, but this store specifically gets a kick out of making customers upset because they know exactly what they are doing and they just choose to not do their jobs.

Manager just hung up on me because he does not know how to keep inventory so that customers receive what they actually order. The drinks shown online are not what are actually available and they do not call before fulfilling the orders to give you the option of choosing something else. They just either don’t give you a drink or pick something else for you. Which also means they are making money for products that are not being delivered aka stealing from customers. I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but this isn’t the first time this has happened so this is the last time we will be using the Danforth location.
