Sad day that I can't give 5 stars to my favorite place in Edmond, but I suppose bad things happen to everyone sometimes . But aside from the coffee being amazing as always, I guess there's only a couple things I have to complain about today. One, is the fact that my brother and I had to wait for our drinks while several customers that came in after us, got their drinks etc before we did. It wasn't until I spoke up and asked if I could have my drinks did the young girls there finally make them. One girl was very sweet and apologetic while the other girl ( boy cut blonde hair ) was not very friendly and didn't seem too worried about making the customer happy. I've been in fast food longer then I care to admit so I understand the morning rush and how hectic things can get. Plus, I don't know what she has going on in her life so I remained polite and understanding that you never know what's wrong with someone. Always be nice. The only other issue I have is that, tho the new taco was really good. There wasn't actually much in it and it was more tortilla then anything. I hope things will get better and service will improve cause I absolutely love coming here. I get treated with respect and of course I get the best coffee in the world. Win win

I stopped here on my way to Discount Tire on Confort Way in Edmond. I picked up 2 dozen of assorted flavors of doughnuts and a box of Joe to go. This was for the employees of Discount Tire for the excellent service that they always provide when I need it for the tires on my vehicle and / or one of our family's trailers.Dunkin' Coffee is fairly good coffee. They have a good assortment of flavors and it doesn't taste burnt like some coffee shops do. I went inside because the drive up had a fairly busy line. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Online says open till 9 pm. We are traveling in the interstate and drove to get a coffee at 7:30 and they are closed. There are a couple of cars in parking lot, but lights off and chairs up on the tables. Update your hours online please. We wasted a half an hour.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATIONI love Dunkin'. I have been a regular at this location for almost a year now since it's near my work and i order the same thing 3-4 times a week yet they still get it wrong pretty much every time. Usually i go through the drive thru but one day i went inside and you can pretty much see the whole kitchen from the register so when i was waiting for my order i saw the guy cook not using gloves when cooking people orders. GROSS. NOT OKAY. Also the service attitude is just so poor. Usually it is the same woman on the headset and she is so dry and unfriendly. I understand wanting to get the orders out but don't slam the window closed on a customer just trying to ask for a straw and say have a good day. I love Dunkin coffee but GOD this location is terrible. I recommend the one on May and Britton because i have NEVER had any issues at that one.

Today, because there was an ice/snow mix on the ground in Edmond, Dunkin' Donuts on Broadway only had two people working, and it was super busy at the drive thru. There was a guy wearing a purple "Rick and Morty" t-shirt. working with a young lady in a baseball cap. BOTH of them were super kind and got us our order correct and quickly. I think they both felt some pressure/stress with a busy drive-thru and only two workers. But BOTH of them went above and beyond the call to get things correct and were SO KIND AND GRACIOUS. I wish them both God's blessings, and hope their future days at Dunkin' are less stressful for them. Two terrific peoples!!!! Hope to see them again on our next visit!!!

Very friendly employees. However on several different occasions the iced coffee brew is extremely weak.... It tastes like coffee flavored water.

Overall I enjoy this location and the staff. Sometimes you encounter someone rude or not very helpful. Sometimes mistakes are made on your order and or drink, but overall the management and long term staff are outstanding individuals. My go to place when I need a caffeinated pick me up from work! My favorites are their hot caramel swirl coffee or a iced brown butter coffee :)

Im an ex employee there. The manager is terrible. She fired someone without notice, she threw a coffee at one of the employees when no customers were there, she doesn’t reply to texts, she doesn’t train anyone, she doesn’t care if anyone see their schedule or not, she yells at employees and doesn’t make them a priority. Would not recommend working there or drinking there. Dunkin is mid anyway

As always as of the last several years, good cup of coffee in the morning. No need to bother with the stale, "standardized quality controlled donut" that seems like it was shipped out from Chicago earlier in the week. Sigh, they used to be so good...Parking: Plenty of parking, nobody there. Used drive-up window with no wait.
I love Dunkin. There on the reg. This stop left me HUGELY disappointed. We ordered, only then to have the girl, without a word walk away. Another stepped up for us to repeat our order.We were delivered a matcha latte and chai latte, that were ALL latte. The matcha was only very very slightly green and both tasted of iced milk.They were promptly tossed. Money wasted. This experience was in Edmond. My location on S. Western is wonderful each and every time with wonderful service.I might also add, it smelled of cigarette smoke... Just not in way of the brand. At all.

The breakfast sandwich was good, but the XL black coffee I ordered with just sugar, tastes more like watered milk. It's not black, and it's not coffee. If I ever go here again, I won't use the drive

Absolutely the worst dunkin I’ve literally ever been too! Attempted to get a simple cup of coffee on Saturday 10/8. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and didn’t move! I’m from illinois and We were visiting family in OK. 1st it’s like impossible to find a dunkin but then this is what you get! Finally told my husband to pull out of the line. Left with no coffee cars didn’t move for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! Why is this location even open?!

The wake-up wraps I had at this location recently were terrible. Tasted like the wraps had been warmed on a dirty grill and I could actually see (and taste) charred debris on them. The strawberry coolada was nasty and looked unmixed. The only good thing were the little stuffed bagel bites but you only get two in an order, which is ridiculous. The donuts at this location are never fresh past 7:00am in my experience, so if you want fresh donuts you better be there when they first open or find another donut shop. Overall, I don't recommend this Dunkin.
