The owner or whoever it was had a bad vibe, seemed like he didn’t like me and my boyfriend in there, when he asked do we know where we’re going when we went to the bathroom, had a rude tone, sat outside and had a drink, he came out and sat at another table, felt like he was watching us.

Listen I use to be a server I still tipped the guy 20 dollars on a $75 dollar tab because I get the economy is hard and I can do that right now. No I’m not a rich person just had the money to do it. It was NOT worth 75 dollars first off the sauces were definitely not made from scratch ( maybe the Alfredo is) . Second apparently we were suppose to get bread with the meal according to other comments? Yea we didn’t get that. Thirdly I asked specifically during the happy hour are the Italian Nachos considered an appetizer and he said “ they could be” and we were still charged full price. The Italian sodas are laughably small and you don’t get a refill and those were over three dollars. The final thing after the Italian sodas my spouse asks for an additional coke and we just never received it. I get it being a server in the past sometimes you forget things. We were treated like an after thought for this server and it showed. The food was underwhelming and I feel it’s safe to say we will not be coming back. I know I know not a loss especially when you can con the Edmond people out of 75 dollars because you’ve been part of the Edmond community as long as you have but come on now. You know it’s ridiculous. I can pay 55 dollars at Olive Garden get more food, get better service and better tasting food. Anyway don’t waste your money here.

The food was delicious as always, the service was good and the drinks are delicious, only complaint would be from my fiance, her lasagna didn't have meat in it when she ordered meat sauce. She still enjoyed it

I’m legitimately upset with my experience here. My son and I ordered spaghetti and mozzarella sticks. We got our appetizer about 15 minutes after ordering it and the spaghetti 45 minutes after ordering it. The waitress bought bread out while we waited for the appetizers! I had to laugh when, after 40 minutes, the waitress asked if she could bring something else out for us. Ya- our dinner. It was so frustrating that we took our order to go. When I looked at the spaghetti I ordered, with the sausage link, I had to just shake my head. There is no way that was a full link. It was cut up so I really couldn’t tell for sure.We don’t go out much and we were pretty excited to go out, especially local. So disappointing.

From the time we sat down, I got my drink 40min later. Waiter was hardly ever seen.

Love the atmosphere and food. They had chicken noodle soup as a daily special and it was delicious! Service was slow, but as a group of 6 we were chatting so it wasn't a big deal. We think the server may have been new on the job. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

Last night was my first time at Othello's, and sadly will be my last. While I enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and our waiter provided excellent service, the food was lacking. The bread they brought out was rather dry and tasteless. We tried the Taster appetizer (? I think is what it was called.) It was laughable of the quantity of each item and the flavor was just okay. I've had better fried ravioli, cheese sticks, etc. My daughter built her own pasta with Angel Hair pasta, spinach, mushrooms and the garlic butter sauce. She said it was just "okay". I had the garlic crusted ribeye with side of spaghetti. The ribeye had the most disgusting flavor and was over cooked. I tried scraping the garlic crust off, hoping it would be easier to eat, but I just couldn't choke it down. It honestly was the worst steak I've ever had in my life, and I've eaten some not-so-good steaks before, but this beat them all, hands down. As for my side of spaghetti, the tomatoes in the sauce tasted as though they had soured. Maybe the chef was having an off night, but since both our dishes were lacking, and we've eaten at much better Italian restaurants, there is no need to go back.
