This Panera is really hit or miss. For the most part, the food is quite good, barring the fact that they rarely remember to put the croutons and cheese in with the French Onion soup. That makes it onion soup, not French... They do get pretty busy at obvious times of the day, but if you are patient it is worth it.

The food is good, but expensive. The workers are polite and kind. The policies are growing slowly more hostile to customers. I have had the "Sip Club" membership for nearly a year now. When I first subscribed, I simply had to order, grab a cup, and then fill it myself with whatever drink I wanted. Several months later, the charged lemonades were moved behind the counter due to the high caffeine content, and you now had to wait (sometimes for several minutes due to low staffing) if you wanted one. I switched to getting soda at this point to avoid the wait. Recently, they further worsened the process. Cups themselves are now behind the counter, and if you want any drink whatsoever, you have to wait until an employee gets to you and gives you a drink, often taking several minutes. What used to be a quick and easy 2 minutes process can now take 5-10 minutes. I am very frustrated with this policy, and will likely not continue my Sip Club subscription.

Update: I very much appreciate the outstanding staff I have come to see each week here. 12/2This is definitely an original or an older Panera location which means way more seating as well as more private secluded areas for studying. The location does have some cosmetic flaws just things that have been worn out over time and it's not a priority mainly just wear and tear. But with it being an older location it's definitely not unreasonable. This is a weekly location spot where I meet up with some friends. If you are going to go more than two times a month definitely consider signing up for the sips Club it'll save you money in the long run. I do have to say the service that I've received at this location is always stellar and outstanding I really appreciate the food prep folks that work on Saturday mornings they're always very happy and bright and positive and so nice. As far as their breakfast sandwiches go they're really good definitely try to customize and make your own sandwich if you're going to pay what you pay for them they're a little expensive in my opinion so make sure you're customizing and getting what you want from them. As always there bagels and walnut cream cheese is always the best and probably always will be the best cream cheese ever. Hard to go wrong with a good cinnamon crunch Panera Bread bagel. Their coffee is very good especially the dark roast they're cold drinks the bubbler drinks are really good as well. Lots of options for those who do not drink soda like myself. This is a location that I hope stays around and does not go anywhere. The management that is present is always working just as hard with everybody and in the trenches making sure that orders are being taken care of that orders are getting out in a timely fashion that people are being trained correctly that things are taken care of in a timely fashion. I also want to apply Panera Bread for the diverse Staffing that they have I really commend a place that can be so diverse yet deliver the same product that I've come to know for more than 20 years.

My only complaint is that they don't offer the Tuesday baker's dozen deal at this location, according to the manager I spoke with.

Food took a while even though we didn’t get very much. Half of it was lukewarm.

I called twice and they never answered their phone. Wanted to find out if they had particular bagels before I made the drive. Decided to go to Old School Bagels when they answered their phone and answered my question.

Store dirty. Bathroom out of paper towels, processes are completely inefficient. Counter person can’t answer any questions about the menu. For fast food… it is pretty fresh, but the experience leaves me saying never again!

Horrible experience. Ordered online. 30 minutes in advance. Went to pick it up on time and it wasn't started yet at the bottom of a dozen other orders. When inasked to cancel and refund the order there was only more confusion.Several people were upset and not getting serviceFinally a manager lady came out and told me mine was cancelled but I got no paperwork so I'm pretty sure my 30 non existing meal I just lostHorrible treatment never again

Honestly, I used to love this Panera. As a Sip Club member, I come in almost every day to get a drink. My favorite is the Strawberry Lemon Mint Charged Lemonade. I used to be able to refill my own cup, but now the employees insist on making me get a new plastic cup every time because the charged lemonades are behind the counter. It's absolutely ridiculous to make me ask an employee to fill up a brand new cup for me twice a day. It is not the general public's fault that some dumb college kid didn't know how to read and ended up consuming more caffeine than is safe for her!! You wouldn't make people jump through hoops to get a pecan braid if someone with a pecan allergy got one and ate it!! Most of the employees here are really nice, which is why I hate inconveniencing them for something I should be able to do myself.
