We are avid pho eaters but this was our first time here. It was truly to MOST delicious pho in Edmond & the city. We eat pho weekly & couldn’t keep reiterating to each other how amazing everything tasted. The broth was flavorful & rich, and the fish sauce chicken wings were some of the best wings I’m had in my life- no exaggeration. You can tell the food is made with love & care. This is definitely a new favorite spot
Newer to Pho, so we thought we'd give this one a try! Very good! We had the Phó Gà (chicken). So great for a cold day, and the toppings were so fresh! The place was busy, at 1-2pm on a Tuesday. We'll be back! Oh... ps... order the Large... and take leftovers to go!

Our regular Vietnamese joint was closed today so we tried Pho Bistro, what a mistake.We tried ordering two orders of beef vermicelli but about 10 minutes in, we were told they didn't have enough beef for two. Mind you, this was at 145pm on a Saturday and we were the only table.The one bowl we got was okay, but was bland, had zero spice, and minimal veggies. The noodles were ice cold so I'm guessing they were just pulled from the fridge. Weird contrast to the warm meat. Very forgettable, and for $17? Ouch.While there, the cooks... drug dealer? roommate? Some wannabe slim shady looking kid came by on his bicycle and held the front door open, calling for him in a hurried fashion to go out front to discuss something. I thought they were being robbed at first, not a great look. Also isn't a great look to have all of your young children all over your restaurant. They weren't disruptive, but you couldn't help but feel bad for them as they were clearly bored out of their mind flipping channels on the one tv in the lobby. I am most sure that it is not easy to balance running a restaurant when you have children, but you should probably have figured that out before trying it out.We won't be back, and don't recommend anyone coming here unless it's takeout and you're desperate.

We ordered take out on the night before Thanksgiving and it was fantastic! It was ready quickly and well packaged. We had A1 and P4. The broth was very flavorful and it featured extremely tender meat. The portion is incredibly generous, enough for a meal for two and some left over. We're excited to have found this gem right in our own neighborhood!
