Call location, placed order, waited 25minutes in parking lot. Went in to get order and was told no order had ever been placed. I verified correct location and phone number and was told call center must have messed up!!! No offer to fix pizza or anything!!!!

made an online order, got a message that said it was on its way, I waited an hour before deciding to just leave and grab mcdonalds. thank god I chose the cash option. if you want a good reliable pizza delivery order from Marcos, hands down the best drivers and pizza I just wanted cinnamon rolls but oh well.

I came in November 29th on a Wednesday night and I didn't have my phone with me to order online otherwise I would have. The lady that took my order and was supposed to be helping me was very rude to me the questions I was asking specifically about certain menu items she was getting irritated and annoyed with. Long story short I asked for some time to think about what I wanted to order and I really after ordering wish that I hadn't and just had went across the street to All American Pizza because I just am disgusted still that I gave them my money because I could have went and got better service and better food at All American Pizza thank you to the lady with the piercing between your bottom lip and Chin. For giving me such bad service sincerely won't be back

Ordered $55 dollars worth of food and in our order we received bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. So I call them to let them know that there was a mistake and see what we could to make this right. & was met with a VERY RUDE manager who didn’t seem to care at all & was told too bad. Then proceeded to call me a liar when I described the delivery driver. I will NEVER bring my bussiness here again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Normally love coming here. Customer service has gotten worse and worse. Waited for an hour for pizza. 40 minutes past the pickup time for 3 pizzas. And 1 was just a cheese and the other a pepperoni. There was one pizza with multiple ingredients on it. Worker complaining about being behind yet had the time to stop to complain to the delivery driver. Refused to give her name which originally we were just going to call and see why she was having to work a holiday herself but she just kept going above and beyond for being rude so now we will be calling to complain about her. Pathetic. Get a new job.
