I have lived here 3 years. Every 6 months I forget just how bad this Sonic is and try it again. Tonight was one of those nights. I literally waited 20 minutes for my food. No one in front of me, no one behind be until the end. At first I thought oh because of the wait my food will at least be fresh...LOL....nope it was actually worse than usual. Tots were so cold I threw them out and burgers meat was dry and burned. There goes my one cheat meal I get this week. I'm literally done. Never going back! Do yourself a favor and drive to another one if you crave Sonic like I do. This place will definitely not hit the spot

You guys all know that a sonic can be great, or unfortunate. This, is a good, NAY, a great sonic. I’m 28, have lived in Oklahoma my whole life, and due to those two things I am always *right* next to a sonic where I live.This is the best one. I swear to god, last Sunday at 2:00 I got the best cheesy chili dog I’ve ever had. Friday at 3 the same thing.I literally manage a kitchen for my job. I know the boss will see this, and I want him to know they’re doing a good job.Quality sells and whoever is in charge knows that. I’ll keep coming back. Good job guys!

Ordered hamburger combo with added mustard, no cheese, and no mayo. It came with a generous layer of mayo. There was no ketchup in the bag for the fries.The restrooms are not public.The local Burger King does a better job meeting the order.

Was there the other day and got a deluxe bacon cheeseburger and a jumbo Buffalo popcorn chicken, it was $22 which is already super outrageous but ontop of that when I got the food the popcorn chicken was soggy and obviously drenched in oil to the point where it became soft, the buns on my burger where old AND THERE WASNT EVEN ANY BACON ON THE BURGER DESPITE IT BEING CALLED THE DELUXE BACON BURGER

Something is seriously wrong with this location. They are smoking or on something. Will never go back. Ordered Chili cheese coney, small total and frozen lemonade. I repeated it 3 times because person kept getting it wrong. Somehow frozen lemonade sounded like cherry vanilla DP to the person taking order??. Get to window and am handed what I assume is a cherry vanilla DP. I tell them, the fix and hatefullly hand it to me and turned away. Get home only to find that I was given cheese sticks, not tater tots!??? By the way, this is the 4th chance I've have given them, no more.

9 18 23. Pulled into sonic on memorial and bryant, ordered a large dr pepper, was told $3.47, waited 25 min, no one came, not very busy, so i left , decided to stop at sonic close to my home 4:30 pm, waterloo between bryant and broadway, ordered a large dr pepper now the ptice is $3.88. It takes a while, drive through window lady opens window i hand her 4 dollars cash, she comes back hands me drink, closes window and walks off, so i have to knock on window to ask for change back, she hands me .20 cents. Two dimes. Probably pocketed cash. Need less to say, two diffrent prices, no customrr service, sonic is ripping off customers, sonic has a two star rating and deserves it, being ran by low budgit managers, and a corporation that could care less, and if you could stop all the hudlems and violence from hanging out there at night, and scaring people away, it would be helpful

I only ordered a vanilla shake and a junior burger or my dog. I don't eat there alot. But they're vanilla shake and Junior Burger were very good. The staff was very nice and professional

Update:Placed an order in the app for 2 drinks and a corn dog. A $4.67 check and a $2.00 tip. When the girl delivered it she had an attitude. For a near 50% tip I at least expected friendliness and a smile. Go home if you don't want to be at work instead of ruining the reputation of the establishment you work for.Original:Friendly and fast service at the drive thru.

This Sonic at 311 E Waterloo RD, Edmond, OK has messed up so many orders that I resent the suggestion to even order drinks from there. They're intentionally doing it. They have to be. Even if someone was incompetent, chances are it would be occasionally right. Tonight you wasted our time again. It's everything I have not to drive back down there right now. They gave me a Route 44 with it filled 2 full inches plus below the rim of the cup. Seriously. I hope you shut down. I'm a big Sonic fan, but not of this one. This one ruins everything. And you never provide receipts and I know why. You're getting negative feedback aren't you. There's a reason you're getting negative feedback. Make changes, change the management. Get rid of the people, who entertain themselves by doing everything they can to mess up each and every order and when someone orders a Route 44 drink, fill the cup. I haven't had a single sip. This is supposed to be a cherry vanilla creme Coke Zero.
