I had breakfast burritos with sausage. The sausage was horrific. It didn't seem like sausage. Or anything you'd willingly eat. It was super gross.

Should have read the reviews but when my sandwich was handed to me within a minute of pulling to the window, I had a guess it had been sitting there a while. And it had since it was cold & stale. Waste of money.

The food was horrible,the grilled cheese sandwich was burnt,the tater tots were cold and there was a small hole in my cup which I didn't see when I left that facility. And more Importantly the service was poor. I will never return to this Sonic in Edmond!!!!

I have to go here sometimes because they stay open a little later which can be convenient at times. I ordered 3 large fries and they were half full and they stuffed the bags with sauces hoping I would get home before I noticed. My burrito is also a Jr. Burrito. The staff smiles in my face and asks me if I need anything as I'm being robbed by them. I paid almost $40 and barely got half of that in food. Love Sonic, not this one. There are plenty others nearby that will give you what you pay for.Edit: I read a couple reviews after posting mine and it seems I'm just gonna get a copy paste message because they don't actually care. So give your money to any sonic other than this one
Ordered footlong got a footlong wiener and a short bum, tater tots were cold. Wife double cheese burger was okay onion rings were cold and in pieces. Confusion at the window. Food should have never gotten out of the kitchen. Obviously not a good day at this Sonic. Terribly disappointing. No quality control.

Absolute garbage. Ordered 2 corn dogs, medium tots and a medium twisted lime recharger. Didn't get any tots and got lime water as a drink instead. This isn't the first time they've messed up an order this badly. Huge waste of time and money. Giving one star instead of zero because despite everything else, the corn dogs were still good this time around.

I ordered a small Chili Cheese Tots with Onions, waited in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes, and when I finally received my order, I discovered only 4 or 5 Tots with Cheese and Onions—no Chili. Disappointed in the service and value, especially considering the nearly $4 price tag for just a few Tots.

I don’t usually leave reviews and this is my first time going to this Sonic location, so I don’t know if this is an every day thing but what I experience this morning was pure impatience and a sloppy job at food-making to the point where my food was unedible. I love sonic so much so to have to experience this was disappointing. Please do better guys!

Been a few years since I've eaten at any sonic and the first time I give it another shot it didn't fail to disappoint. Order was wrong when I got it, and when I opened it up to eat the burger was all smashed and looked like it was throw against a wall. This place sucks. Sonic just sucks in general... won't make that mistake again.
This location has always suffered. Unfortunately it is the closest to the house.

Went through the drive thru and got about 5 fries in my box so I pulled around and ask to speak to the manager and showed her the box, she asked me did any fall in the bag? I showed her nothing was in the bag. I got back to my office and the hamburger was burnt, this service was horrible. I wont be eating at this location ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was 10/10 today. My car hop Lucas was very attentive and articulated everything on my order. Very positive attitude and was the best experience I have had at this location. Drinks and pickle fries were on par as well!

Service is always slow. They aren't doing app orders so you can't get the happy hour price on drinks. I got my order and no straw was included. I had to push the button twice before I got a straw. This location has gone downhill.

This has got to be the slowest Sonic on earth. Everytine you go you spend 30 minutes in drive thru and the management is worthless.
