I go here just about every day and they usually know my order. Very fast service. Even when there is a line it moves quickly. Its nice to go somewhere and them know your order.

As a loyal Starbucks customer who frequents various locations in Edmond and North OKC, spending approximately $300 monthly, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the Starbucks branch at 1001 E 2nd Street in Edmond.Consistently, I've noticed that this particular location tends to underfill their cups compared to other Starbucks establishments. In comparison, they consistently leave about 1/4 to 1/3 cup less than what I've come to expect from other branches.Given my familiarity with multiple Starbucks locations in the area, I believe it's important to highlight this discrepancy for the benefit of both customers and the establishment itself.

Mostly get my drinks right at this location but it’s not consistent. Service is fast and usually friendly. Atmosphere is less than expected and they removed tables and any place to sit, so it’s drive through only now.

I love this Starbucks! I come to this one because everyone is so sweet and kind, they always make my difficult drink just the way I like it. I especially love Alexis! She is so sweet and is always so nice about my complicated order lol. 10/10 if I could!!!!!

I’ve loved going to this Starbucks ever since moving here because the customer service is always impeccable and everyone is so nice and kind. However as I came in today I was extremely disappointed as we walked in we are a very quiet couple and order simple drinks straight off the menu, we were serviced by “Alexis, the shift supervisor” and she was distasteful and had a bad attitude during our whole time in there. I sincerely hope she doesn’t treat any of her coworkers the way we were treated because they are such a sweet bunch of people. Everyone has there days and customer service is hard but there’s no excuse for this type of service.

Thank you for such a high standard! Customer service jobs can be torturous because, in general, people suck. Addicts before their fix are even worse and I've never gotten anything less than service with a smile. Thank you Starbucks for finding and keeping such wonderful people!

So here is the thing. I normally order from postmates and uber and the only one that can get it is the one on 15th who can never get it right.This one on second is worth walking into. The manager Vanessa and all the ladies and i think only 1 guy... are awesome. I cant tell you exactly what they did but i forgot my wallet one day and since i come in every morning i got my Venti hazelnut latte anyway. The customer service here as well as the way the manager treats the customers and employees and the employees treat each other and the customers Is unparamount. Worth the extra 5 minutes to walk in and get the correct order
I drive to the 2nd and Baumann location even though it isn’t the closest Starbucks to me specifically because they have the best staff. The baristas are so friendly and always take the extra few seconds to say hi and ask if you need anything else. Emma specifically is so wonderful
