The girl taking orders was being extremely rude to the women in front of me. I understand if she was stressed (because the other barista was just sitting at a table and eating...while a 7 person line formed behind me, not helping with orders or drinks) but that's no reason to act so rude and not offer to help a customer with their problem. I just walked away and decided I'll go to the Dutch Bros around the corner.

Can't even take a simple order here. Have to wait 30 mins to get part of an order to turn around and get the rest. None of the people working there know what they are doing including management. Chai tea that i ordered, had to dump out due to it being made incorrecrtly. But I got a cake pop for my time wasted.Edit: had to literally turn around from heading back to stillwater, due to being given a literal cup of cream. No coffee. And a cold sandwich. ???‍♀️ Not even busy, so no reason for the lack of care and quality in their orders. Even if they were busy, still not an excuse.

They ain't fill up our drinks all the way they gave us maybe 1/4 of a drink and it took 20 minutes for two drinks. bad &slowwwww

My favorite Starbucks in Edmond! Super quick, the staff is kind, and they almost never get any of my orders wrong! I'm excited to see what it looks like after renovation!

Made the mistake of showing disappointment about their lack of Bacon Gouda \\u0026 Egg sandwiches. I wasn’t mean or angry about it just disappointed. Then received a lecture about how “a lot of stores don’t have them in stock bc there is a shortage”. When I was handed my coffee it was light. Waited to get home to see just how much I had been shorted in my drink and it was over an inch from the top- photo evidence below. With the severe price increases at Starbucks this passive aggressive response should be criminal. I won’t be going back. Just go to the store across the street where I’ve never had a problem getting a Bacon Gouda and a full coffee.
