Some of the baristas at this location are VERY rude. Asked for a straw since they don't keep them out anymore, without even acknowledging me she grabbed one and threw it across the counter.

I spilled a hot drink, Jacob and Taylor helped me in no more than 15 seconds and got the mess completely cleaned up in a polite, meaningful matter. Not only this, but they remade the drink for free. 10/10 service.

Some sweet lady paid for me just because.Parking: The parking is directly outside of the Starbucks.Kid-friendliness: They did not care if you had an annoying kid they would treat you the same.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few ramps to get into the building.

This chubby girl with glasses and burgundy hair was such a rude person! I asked her for a spoon and she rudely said I'll get it when I can! And then she went to grab it a minute later and she literally threw it at me then I told her have a good day and she just looked at me and completely ignored me! The only reason I didn't give the store just one star is because the guy that took my order was actually really nice! But this is why I continue to go to the store on 15th and Broadway because they have way better customer service!

Eli (sp?) took very good care of me today. She noticed the COD was a little cold so she brewed a fresh batch and upsized my drink for the inconvenience. She was very apologetic for the wait. Excellent customer service!

I doordashed an order the other day, the drink was made wrong by mistake.I ordered thru doordash again as I regularly do and called the store to explain the situation and request to make sure it is made properly thus time.I spoke with a batista named Lexi, she listened intently, made the drink herself and sent it with a little note to make sure it came correctly.I applaud her for that and wish I had the option to tip her as well.

All of the staff at this location are extremely nice and put a lot of care into their work and it shows. I regularly stop by for a drink, snack, and nice conversation. I also get pretty complicated drinks every time I go and they always make sure I'm happy with it. (Which I am!) With this location not having a drive thru I recommend coming here if you're looking for a nice chill environment to study or work in. If you're in a hurry and just want a simple coffee, maybe stop by a store with a drive thru, or buy a bag of their beans and make your own cup at home! Keep it up guys, you're doing great.Dietary restrictions: They've usually got a lot of different milks on hand so if you're allergic to dairy or lactose intolerant they've got you covered.Kid-friendliness: I see kiddos in there all the time and they love getting Frappuccinos and cake pops. The staff is friendly and they even have a corner of the store with board games to play!

These people are slower than molasses! I ordered a damn coffee with cream and waited for over 10 minutes. There were maybe 6 other people there so I don’t know what the hell they were making.I observed them during those 10Minutes and they just move around like sloths. Just slow and in their own little worlds. I don’t know of these kids are on drugs, lazy, or that’s just the generation deadbeat parents have raised.But this place sucks and everyone here freaks me out! Identity crisis on steroids!

I'm a loyal Starbucks patron, the drink quality here is not good. It's inconsistent with the other locations in Edmond and the place is dirty. I also don't feel it's necessary to get upset with a customer, who also works in food service and asked in the nicest way possible, when asked for the drink to be remade... Go to broadway or 2nd street Starbucks

Bad customer service. The girl taking the orders ignored the line of people to take thier orders while she focused on heating up pastry, she could have waited on a customer while they were heating from my perspective. I don't usually visit starbucks die to bad customer service experiences and thought I would give it another try.

Always freaking late to open I mean it's says they open at 6 they means they should be there at 5 530 not arrive at 6 and keep all doors locked until they are ready horrible place always late rarely on time Panera has your back though so go there they are on time

I want to compliment an employee, and I hope this is seen by his leadership. His name is Red.I just spent an hour working at a table. Becuase of my years of customer service, it is inate for me to watch how the staff interacts with customers. I also know how vital it is for an establishment to flouish, to have "good" staff.Sitting at my table I could not hear words of conversations, yet body language communicates more clearly then words. Red was kind, attentive, and honestly willing to "serve" his customers. I was genuinely grateful for his presence in taking my order and answering questions about the app, and I saw gratitude on others who he served.Sadly, in today's world it is hard to find a young person who is willing to give so much to his customers. Red is a great asset to this establishment!!!! Thank you Red, for who you are and how to treat others. I truly wish the best for you in this place and years to come!Hannah Banana
