Fast friendly service every time. Delicious drinks. We have tried the coffees, smoothies and Boba teas and they are all delicious. I haven't tried the food but it all looked yummy.
I’ve been going here for a few years, but lately the service has been exceptionally great so I wanted to share my appreciation! I just wanted to say I love how the staff will go out of their way to give you the best experience especially if you’ve experienced any problems. They genuinely don’t want you to leave with a bad experience. Seriously I’ve never been disappointed with this place. Not to mention their food and drinks are very tasty. (ps the spinach pastry and toasted cinnamon cold foam is the best.) ?

I have used Stella Nova’s drive-thru several times and there’s never been an issue - it’s always good service. Today, I went into the store and the service was very much lacking. In addition to their register failing several times during my order, we had to ask three times for the waters we ordered. Once we ordered, we went to wait by the pick-up area. It was then that we saw the woman who took our order give the next customer in line the water she ordered. I guess she’s the one who gives the water out so the other baristas can focus on the coffee. Nevertheless, none of the other baristas seemed eager to go out of their way to get the water after being asked a second time. They all moved really slowly and we had to get their attention when standing at the counter in need of help. When we did finally get their attention, there was minimal response. Immediately after dropping an order at the counter, they kept their heads down and ignored anyone who was standing there. I also ordered a black coffee with room for cream and sugar. The cream was not out by the waiting area, but again, it took me having to get their attention after waiting at the counter for a minute to get any. I’m also disappointed that coffee shops ask for a tip BEFORE the service is completed - how do I know what I’m tipping for? Based on the service, I wouldn’t have tipped at all.

Neat little cafe that can get loud. There's a semi private corner with couches and curtains which is good for groups. Depending on the time of day, you might find some grumpy staff. Food & beverages are good.

You probably can't see it because it's so tiny but this is a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, for $5. Btw I'm 5'2, my hands are quite small. If you want to pay $5 and still be hungry, get this sandwich.
