Menu inside said my sandwich was 11.99 but it rang up 13.49. Asked employee about it he was just like oh ya l will get it changed like he already knew. I would have chosen a different sandwich.

I only go once every 2-3 months. Well today, we ordered four sandwiches and in my daughter's sandwich, we found hair. The worst part is, this is not the first time. It literally happened to my son's sandwich the last time we ate here a couple of months ago. Please check your sandwiches thoroughly if you eat here. Lettuce definitely shouldn't have long, dark strands in it.

They always get orders wrong. My food is wrong and the total price was wrong. They get orders wrong way more often than they actually get things correct.Also, the bread is always either burned or stale.Prices are crazy high, which I would pay if they could just make a sandwich correctly.

I walked in with my kids at 9:06 pm. Two girls behind the counter. I speak and say hey how you're doing. One girl looks at the other girl hands her the gloves, shakes her head, and sits down. They didn't say one word to us. I just say never mind. I take my kids and walk off. If you want business, teach customer service to your personnel.

I've been to this location multiple time and continue to be disappointed. Got there around 8:30pm and ordered a footlong. I asked for tomatoes and the woman puts 1 small tomato on each half of a footlong. I asked for more to fill the entire sandwich and she ads 2 more to equal 4. I could go on and on but that pissed me off the most. Waist of time

I've been here three times. Customer service is poor. They act like they don't want any customers and seem put off when one comes in. I tried going there tonight at 9:10 PM (50 minutes before close). But they had already cleaned up for the night and I was informed that they already put things away so they might be "out" of things for the night. I would understand if it were 10 -15 minutes before close. The time before, I went in and one of the workers was eating and was annoyed and giving looks to the other worker since I interrupted her lunch I suppose. I won't step foot in this place again.

They firstly let someone cut me in line right before I was about to order. Employees working lacked customer service skills, not friendly. One employee was sitting on her phone and not helping during the rush. I asked for a KIDS meal and when I go to check out they were confused that the KIDS MEAL came with a KIDS drink....I've been working in hospitality for over 15 years(I worked in fast casual YEARS ago), this is ridiculous. I'm not sure whether the employees were not trained properly but there was no reason for what occurred today- I have been to this location before and have had no issues with other employees until today. This was very disappointing, there should be accountability held from upper management to make sure that your restaurant is being ran the way it should.

Just got a sub, the nasty lady that made the sandwich has the worst attitude in the world. I'm sorry I came in and ordered a sub, I didn't mean to bother you. I would have given tip like I do to people that take pride in what they do, but I didn't leave a tip this time around. I'll go to PotBelly Sub shop from now on. Too many nasty diverse ones here at this location, sad. This is not the first time at this location.
