The hard shell tacos were the worst we have ever received. There was not really any meat to speak of and basically nothing inside of the tacos. They weren't even party tacos, normal tacos.Steer clear of this location!

Drove through to order 2 party burritos, as that’s somehow the only thing that sounds good while I’m dealing with pregnancy nausea. Ate the first burrito, then unwrapped the second to find a LONG BLACK HAIR just sitting on the burrito, running down the entire length of it. I do not have black hair. Safe to say I immediately puked and then dry heaved for several minutes. Just so gross and careless of kitchen staff to not pay attention to something so obvious like that, especially when the restaurant was not busy at all.

The number of times I have ordered the bob (big old burrito) vs the number of times I have received a fat burrito full of beans... I didn't order a giant bean burrito ? this places gets my order wrong 9 times out of 10 regardless if I go to the restaurant or use uber eats. Wrong every

Every time I've been to this location it fking sucks. The one on memorial has great service and it's super fast. This one the workers just don't seem to understand how to work a drivethru I've worked multiple fast food restaurants all with drive thrus it ain't that freaking hard. This place either needs new management bc they obviously don't know how to run this place, better workers, or both. Idc that' it's fast food wendys does better than y'all.
