Order half a pint of hummus got no pita or was even offered pita. Food was cold. Called to complain and the worker that answered the phone hung up on me. If this is how they conduct business, I am very disappointed.

I have been wanting to try Zoe's Kitchen for a long time but after tonight, I don't think I will. As a delivery driver, I was picking up an order and patiently waiting on one item. After several minutes, the very polite and professional young lady asked the cook, I was told his name is Sam, in the back for an update. Sam became so upset he was slamming things around, being extremely rude and mouthy to all of the employees, and making the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. His behavior was absolutely disgusting, especially being in front of customers. I'm sorry I didn't ask for the young lady's name but she was so sweet, calm, and pleasant. Unfortunately, Sam has given Zoe's and whoever hired him a very bad look and I probably won't ever step foot in that location again. ?

Food was very good but portions were a little on the small side with some items. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal.

Couldn’t get waited on. They were busy with to go orders and couldn’t be bothered with us. When we announced we were leaving, we were told to have a nice day.

Great food that's a little more healthy than most places.

Stopped going here a couple years ago because it seemed like every time I got my kabobs or soup it was lukewarm or cold. I decided to give it another try today and it was unfortunately cold again! Steak kabobs would have been so delicious if they weren't cold. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the employee who took it back to be reheated was very kind and apologetic. She kindly explained that my side, the roasted corn is actually served cold, which I said was fine. If something is meant to be served cold, I understand. Steak kabobs however, should be served hot or at the very least warm.

Despite the other ho-hum reviews, I decided to take a chance. We were very underwhelmed. The restaurant itself, was very dirty. Floors were sticky. Staff was cussing. Food was ok. Nothing special. Broccoli not really cooked. Quinoa not flavorful. Steak was better than the rest. It was ok but pricey for mediocre. Had high hopes but we won't be back.

I love the steak kabob and the bbq chicken kabob with veggies and spicy hummus.

I went to zoe’s kitchen today with some of my friends and my meal was awful. It was a $15 cauliflower rice, and salmon bowl. I got 4 small pieces of salmon, and FROZEN cucumbers in my bowl. I didn’t enjoy the taste but that’s not their fault, just not my cup of tea. I’m sad I paid that much for such low quality food.

Great customer service! Person taking my order was very nice, helpful, and knew the menu very well. Would recommend.

Negative Ions

Rude, crazy-eyed or methed-out red, obviously angry she had to wait on me, instead of the obscene amount of other workers present (when there weren’t other customers there at the time), treated like me like she looks—very mean. Food was good, however, just not enough to get over being treated so very, very ugly, or a 2nd star.
