After returning home from picking up a take out order, I discovered that a single order of fajitas was omitted from the order. I called and asked to talk to a manager. She asked if the entire entree was missing; I told her that the other parts of the order were in the bag and the only part missing was the single chicken fajita order. Food was absolutely amazing and we had the best server. I don’t remember her name but she has star tattoos around her eyes. Super sweet and respectful. Took us a minute to get a table started but overall 10/10.
Had just an atrocious experience last Sunday. The server clearly wasn't interested in serving me. Took his time tending to the table. Slow to refill chips, salsa, and drink. Took my order, then came back after ten minutes confused about my order of the grande nachos, finally got my order placed and after a much longer than usual time I got my nachos. They were burnt to hell and the steak had clearly been forgotten about and placed on afterwards cause it was cold. Just a bummer...read full review
