I honestly wouldn't know how this Arby's atmosphere or food rate. We went to Arby's in Moore OK. They were out of beef! Can you believe that? OUT OF BEEF!!They said it will be about 15 minutes. My husband and I waited about a half hour. Went back and the drive thru attendant was very nasty with the attitude. She very loudly said "We are out of beef! We don't expect it to be done for 15 minutes." 45 minutes later they are still out of beef. We took our business elsewhere.Customer service and reliable staff need an upgrade! Won't be trying to eat here ever!

Our food took at least 35 minutes. With 2 ppl there (Manager was locked in the office didn’t even bother to come out and help)Food wasn’t good either. I spent $17 and the only thing that taste decent was the Mac bites. Customers from the drive thru had to wait over 30 minutes as well.

Ordered 4 roast beef for 10 waited at least 10 minutes they were constantly taking and putting orders out the drive thru that came in after mine said something to mgr he said drive thru has priority so got a refund but poor customer service

I placed my order and asked for an extra gyro sauce and was happy to pay for it. The manager who was sitting down eating when I came in. He didn’t charge me and called it out to kitchen. I waited 20 mins for my food while hearing the manger say “I will never get to eat now. ” There was two people working and the cook was very helpful. 20 mins later they bring my food with no gyro sauce, then when I said I needed another they set food down and went back to the back saying sorry he will have to charge you for thatand went back to making other people’s food without giving me mine. After waiting 20 mins I just wanted to eat so I have up. Manager said have a nice day in a very condescending tone. No wonder this place was empty at 1:00. They only focus on the drive through people, of course it affects their times. Won’t be back which sucks bc I loooove Arby’s Food. ?♂️

My go-to place when I'm in the mood for some roast beef and mozzarella sticks. ?
Went yesterday (12/10/2023)to use my daughters "let us make it right" card, she had received this from arbys due to an issue with our order in Nebraska. Upon getting to the drive-thru window I was told "corporate said we are not allowed to take those any longer" me being me I called corporate this morning (12/11/2023) told them what I was told, the gentleman I spoke with today at the corporate office told me that is incorrect and they will be investigating this issue with this location. So the reason for posting this is to warn people if you have a "make it right" card or any card you received from corporate I highly suggest you go to the telephone road location as the manager at this location will deny you use of these cards.

As a 90s kid I was disappointed in the good burgerFries were cold French dips weren't that great. Expected it to be all fresh since I was told to pull up to the door man was I wrong. Only reason I am giving a 3 star is because of the gentleman working in the back, his personality is the best!

This was the Philly Cheesesteak I just got. If you know how thin the meat is on this sandwich, there was one layer of meat so I basically just ate a bread sandwich. I wish this Arby's would close down & become something else. Any other time I've just got a roast beef sandwich & the roast beef is always cold. BE BETTER!!
