I don’t get the deal with charging extra for the dipping sauce. Like none of your competitors do this? CFA, Canes, Slims are all within 1 mile of you.Even if I decline the gravy (and I have tried to) in lieu of the sauce, they still say no you have to pay for the sauce. This is the cost of doing business. Just raise the cost or chicken tenders by .50 and include a sauce with the meal. Psychologically people don’t like to be nickel and dimed.

The chicken was as good as it always has been. The okra I ordered was hot and crispy. The honey and spicy stuff was not by the salt and pepper like it was the last time I was there. Overall a nice experience.

This place has just gotten worse and worse. the new fries are terrible and the food is often the same. The other day they gave my food to the wrong car then tried to give it to me after they opened it. I asked them to remake it and they tried to be sly and wait a few minutes and give me the same box again. I decided to try again tonight and my food smelled like pinesol. I just asked for a refund. Doubt I'll be going here again.

Warning ::: Health code violations! We had a disgusting experience here. We immediately alerted management and ownership of what was found in our food. The only resolution they offered was to remake the food in the same kitchen conditions, same staff, same code violations. All we wanted was a refund for the meal, and for management to require staff to follow code. After weeks of trying to get them to address the concerns through email and phone calls, and being brushed off, we notified the health department. The Health Department apparently went out immediately and marked 7 violations. Check out the health inspection from 2/13/23 for more details. Everything listed is a code that was violated while inspectors were on site. This location even had warning to prepare for the inspection and they continued to ignore me. I won't be eating at a Chicken Express in ANY location because even corporate does not want to be bothered with quality control or health issues. There is no way to reach out to anyone except management of the individual store. With no accountability, no checks and balances, and a total disregard for health and safety... I'm out.

Honestly, any time you go to any chicken express, you don't really expect great service, just good chicken- BUT this location was great! Food was good, crispy, and fresh. I got Chick-fil-A customer service here. I was taking back lol

Food: 90% of the time it’s great!Service: dine in is fine because you always walk back to the counter to remind them of what they forgot from your order. But take out or drive thru, they forget things more than a grandparent with Alzheimer’s.Atmosphere: well if you’re looking to dine somewhere nice, there is much to be desired here. So when adding up all of the scores, I’d give them 2 of 5 stars. The 2 stars count for the food, the other 3 is the lacking on everything else, especially the service.
