DO NOT COME HERE ITS ALWAYS DISAPPOINTING!!!!! My sandwhich was made incorrectly TWICE and when i said i don’t want a third attempt and would like a refund i was denied. The entire new sandwhich was thrown in the trash. I have also waited 30+ minutes in drive through for them to mess up repeatedly.

I’ve been going to City Bites since I was a little girl and I’m in my 40s now… Never had a bad experience here! They have the best bread!… And if you haven’t tried their cookies, try them!

Ordered a Turkey Potato and it was absolutely amazing! I love the City Bites ranch! The high prices are worth it for their giant potatoes! Would 100% recommend! Their service is impeccable, very kind and clean!

Ordered a potato n asked for extra butter n sour cream. He added so much butter n sour cream to the potato I couldn't see the potato *(overkill) wit a piece of long hair on the side ‼️ When I called about the supervisor told me he made the potato n thought I wanted the sour cream on the potato . As 4 the hair he was sorry about it come in for a refund‼️ When I came in 4 a refund I was called brotherman over 10x . He was dirty looking for a supervisor the other sandwich maker n the back was also dirty looking uncombed hair wrinkles clothes. I noticed they don't wear gloves while touching all on there face when making your sandwiches. I want b back but hopefully this will help them use gloves n to clean up a bit, sincerely Brotherman

Made an online order only to get there to pick it up to find out they were out of potatoes. Yall should get something set up for your online orders that yall set/mark letting people know you are out of something. I would have not of wasted my time or yours. I go inside and tell the person at the register I need a refund. Tells me to hang on, walks back talks to someone and then heads over to the drive thru. I stand there for at least 5 mins waiting. Finally after bout 10 mins I ask her why it is taking so long her response "that's what i am trying to tell you" no you're not you were at the drive thru. You left me standing here like an idiot wasting my time. Just to find out someone in the back was working on a refund and since it was online they didn't need the card i used or me. What a joke. Right around the corner from my house but won't go back.
If I could give Zero stars I would. First off, let me start by saying I generally love City Bites but today…Wooh! My daughter and I walked into the Moore location as an older, greasy, looking employee came out of bathroom with an apron on talking loudly about how someone “destroyed the bathroom and he was NOT going to clean it!”. I should have turned around and left at that point but We did not, my mistake. The young gentleman that was taking our order was very friendly and made a comment that he was going to “take care of the bathroom.” and gave an apologetic smile. My daughter and I took our cups to the soda machine that wasn’t working. I caught the eye of the older rude employee and informed him that the soda machine wasn’t working and he looked at me and said “AND…?”. I said “AND we are thirsty.” Some unpleasantries exchanged and then he went to the back and was talking about me loudly. It’s a shame. All the other employees were so friendly and I feel for them that they have to work with someone like that. Never in my life have I had something like this happen at a restaurant. We will not be going back to this location.

Our first time trying City Bites and there was overall friendly staff, $14 for two sandwiches, and just water (no sides) is quite reasonable. However, there was barely any turkey in my honey turkey wrap - it was mostly lettuce. We'll try it again, most likely. Overall, 3/5 stars. Neat atmosphere inside.

Me and my mother were in there the other day and got great service from a young kid with bright blue eyes. I'm sorry I forgot his name started with a D though. He was so polite and professional. We will definitely be back. Great place and hes a hard worker to be so young. Good kid!
