I went thru the drive at 5:20 I ordered #8 my biscuit was hard, my fries were hard and chewy, and my Cole slaw was dry....like juice at all like stick to your tongue!!!! but it gets better they handed me my drink.....no ice.....and flat!!!!!!! are you kidding me!!!!!!

my dad waited an hour and 45 minutes for food. and he couldn't go in and get his refund to leave because so many people were pissed off THEY LOCKED THE DOORS. Ridiculous. when he finally got his food the chicken was burnt, he was missing items and hadn't ate all day so he had to take what he got and leave. on top of all that. some girl that worked there had come out and was eating on the side of the building, turns out she was eating their order.

terrible experience tonight. They charged us more than they were supposed to. cold and old food. the woman at the counter did not give us a receipt for our purchase. and the order was incomplete. we had to throw the food away and our money too. what a bad experience at kfc.

We ordered to go. ordered 8 pc tenders received regular chicken. My husband ordered the beyond nuggets and they were hard as a rock plus he didn't receive his mashed potatoes. it's ridiculous staff can't take the to time to double check order before handing to customer. won't be eating there for a long time. We always have issues at this store.

I ordered kfc this evening. I use to love them! The food I got was cold and soggy but still over cooked in old oil. It tasted awful. We were missing sides and definitely didn’t get any sauces requested. $40 down the drain. I won’t be eating there again. I wish they had the same standards they use to.

The chicken on the order was completely wrong. Ordered 1 3 pc original dark meat received 2 pc grilled dark meat. also ordered a 2 pc grilled white meat received dark meat and it wasn’t done. My husband doesn’t like the grilled chicken and I don’t like the dark.

Went there tonight and got the popcorn chicken and it was like eating fried cardboard, maybe cooked 2 or 3 times I don't know took 2 bites trashed the rest. Really disappointed.
