I called and placed at order at 548, no problem it was going to take 20-25 minutes. Never asked for my name or phone number. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and they never found my order and over 8 cars went that were behind me. If you are going to offer half price sandwiches, do a better job of getting the order correct. Needless to say we wrong be back

Thank you for the fantastic food. I love everything I've ordered.
I work with special needs kids. I recieved a card for a free steak sandwich supreme from a parent who was wearing a del Rancho shirt. I went that very lunch. They refused to honor it. They didn't want to give away a sandwich they charge $11 for I suppose. Outrageously expensive. Never visiting this dirty restaurant again.
Absolutely one of the best steak sandwiches and excellent onion rings.

Absolute trash service. I called because my food was wrong (plain burger not plain) to get a credit for another time or a refund and was told I have to come all the way back up there, sign a form, and return the food. The manager put me on hold then the employee she passed me to (to tell me the manager would call me back??) hung up on me lmao! Cashier was very nice!! Management is a joke.
