I don’t really know where to start, so this isn’t the first time my husband and I have ate here but it will be the last. Our server took us to our table where we ordered our waters, the table did not want to turn on which is fine, she moved us elsewhere. So we followed her to another booth. We chose what we wanted to start with. Might I add I didn’t have silverware, I had chopsticks also fine, but my husband only had a spoon. Also ok. When we arrived it was quiet and maybe 4-5 cars in the parking lot. By the time our food arrived I noticed we also had no napkins, our server was nowhere to be found. My husband walked to the bathroom and grabbed paper towels, she came back and I asked for more water and napkins. Comes back and then we did not see her for I don’t even know how long. It was a long time. We noticed the tables around us having great service but we certainly did not.We were not asked if we wanted more food since it’s all you can eat, nor dessert which I wanted to try some items… I walked to the front and asked another server for our check. Grabbed my purse and my husband and I walked to the front again, I asked an older gentleman (maybe the owner?) to pay. He grabbed our check and my card, then stood in front of me where I could not see what buttons he was pushing?! I was so annoyed, I could have put the card in myself I felt as if this man did not trust me. As a woman with a shaved head and tattoos I felt insulted and profiled. From the service we received and along with not trusting me to pay my bill. I wouldn’t have asked for the check or walk to the front and nicely ask to pay if I had no intention too. Food was good but I could have had better. I drove to two other restaurants where there was no parking, this was something I thought it would have been a good idea. To everyone else who had great service this evening I’m happy for you. But we did not.

I used to eat here twice a week, I went away for a year and came back to try it. Omg the food changes have been a turn around. Only the kimchi is the same. For the price the quality now is bare minimum ? For 35$ a person there are so many better Korean options in the metro. That hurts me to say but it's factual.

Used to thoroughly enjoy going here, visiting was a bi-monthly basis for my friend and I. However, sometime last year, after what I assume is new ownership/management, the atmosphere, quality of side vegetables, and overall experience went down hill. Will not be back.

TLDR: their hours say 10pm but they shut it down and do not seat beginning at 8:50 (per my experience)Been a few times, food is good, service has its ups and downs.Went in a little over an hour before close, (fully understanding we should be out within an hour we don't like to be those people keeping everyone at work) with three servers SITTING up front saying they won't seat us because they use the last hour to clean and the kitchen closes at 9. So I said "you don't close at 10 you close at9."They said "no we close at 10, it's the manager, don't know why she does it this way" is it too much to ask that the business hours be properly reflected not only online but on the front door? If you're not seating guest and you're no longer cooking, how are you open?3 employees sitting around, one table of guest sitting but yet the manager is turning business away? Not sure how the owner would feel about that. There are many fine KBBQ options in the area not sure I'll be back to this one.
Food, service and facility were great. We enjoyed celebrating our kids birthdays and appreciated the half off the week of your birthday. I will returnParking: MNear south I-35Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Our first experience with Korean BBQ, my only tip is to listen to your waiters. When they say don’t order too much first round, don’t get more than 4 items at a time.

Sat down for lunch on Saturday. First, order dumplings. Got 6 for $9. Crazy. Ordered lunch and got the meat, no rice. When I asked about the rice, they said it wasn’t cooked and it’ll be 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, just ate what we had and left. The bill came to $47.74. They took $5 off because we didn’t get our rice. Not $5 a plate, just $5. Final bill $42.74. Will not go back to this place. Over priced. The little amount of food you get, especially with no rice is crazy for the price.

So we come here a lot, we usually love this place. Really dropped the ball this time. First of all the restaurant was FREEZING, (20 degrees outside) they had random table burners running everywhere, almost like the heat was off or not working, when I asked, they said they could mess with it because it was set for the temperature of all guests, even though a couple next to us left because it was too cold. Next they were playing music that was uncensored and inappropriate for a “family restaurant” curse words and sexual references. On top of these things our service was really poor. Kitchen items were over cooked.

Food was just ok. Service didn't feel too welcoming. The atmosphere (considering price) is disappointing. I won't be back.
