Jack in the box is usually pretty good and this one was as well.
I hardly ever comment on places but this place needs ALOT of work. the customer service is terrible all 3 times I've ordered from here (including today) they have messed up my order by not repeating it. 2 other times I've went and no one would even answer the drive thru and it was packed with people who eventually just drove off. I even did a mobile order where they can see everything you ordered, and I still had missing items. management needs to retrain these employees they seem to not pay attention to any detail and are very un friendly in drive thru by rushing you and not repeating the order.

During the height of Covid I received bad service, they didn't have food items (curly fries and tacos), and weren't even open all the revised hours posted. After 3 bad experiences, I didn't plan to go back. I've been back three times recently and all three times were great experiences.

Was told lobby was closed due to low staff. Went through the drive thru and placed order. Was told they do not have any ketchup to put on the burgers in the kitchen but they could throw in some packets of ketchup. They failed to put any ketchup packets at all in either bag of food. Terrible customer

Waited about 15 min to order and there was only 1 car in front of me. Also it took another 10 mins to get my food. I only ordered 3 things. The only good part is my fries were hot and fresh. Lastly it’s expensive for the low quantity of food you get.

The first time I've been to a fast food restaurant that reminded me of home (SoCal) in almost 3 years.Since being in Oklahoma we've tried Carl's Jr, Lee's, Del Taco, Wendy's and another Jack. Wendy's is good as expected, the other Jack is marginal and has issues, but this Jack in the Box is great!10/10 we will be back! I would drive out of my way to go to this Jack. Thank you for being awesome!!

This is third time I have tried to feed myself from this establishment in the last month and each time they have had to close early cause of a bathroom issue? Between that and it always being dark and not lit up at night it has became an uninviting spot to try and stop. I will no longer stop at this Jack in the box i really hope it gets figured out for the sake of the restaurants success. Just all in all a 0 out of 10 last 3 visits.
