It's really gone downhill. I was there first thing and had to wait because "we got a late start". I got the new nuggets with fries and a drink. They were out of Pepsi. Even though I waited 15 minutes for them to get going, my food was lukewarm! I don't know how they stay in business, other than people tend to crave the KFC flavor. It's a shame.

This place has changed so much. The food was cold when I got it, they didn't offer or give me any condiments for my biscuits or wedges which were half frozen even though I asked. I try KFC once a year now to see if they get it right but it's just not. For the money go to chick fil-a.

First they forgot part of my order in the Drive-ThruSo I went inside and they forgot to give me dark meat they gave me white meat instead The packaging wasn't very well the boxes fell
I Stopped going to KFC for a while because service was not good and the food was terrible the chicken was not hot not even warm and hard. I decided to give them another try and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were hot and the batter seemed lighter and moist. Cold slaw was very good also. The service was excellent. The young man that took my order, sorry I don't know his name, was pleasant, friendly and very willing to get my order just right. I have been back the last 3 weeks in a row. Keep up the good work and keep the good employees.

I’m only writing this review because KFC needs some stars. It’s an honest review. I just left 15 minutes before they close. I was told not to come here due to bad reviews, but it was not bad at all in fact they were friendly and helpful. They were out of some items but gave me some good suggestions to supplement the items. They were prompt and when we were at the window the cashier handed me my food smiled and gave me sauces even after I forgot to ask for some. Food was great thank you KFC !

How this location is still operating is so surprising. The food is always undercooked, missing or “out of stock for the day”. The people taking drive thru orders absolutely can never hear you therefore never get your order right.

Stopped by the Moore KFC to try out the 8 piece hot and spicy wings for $4.99. Guy at the drive thru told me the drive thru was not working and ask if I'd mind coming inside. I drove around to the front and parked, went inside and placed my order. The response was " Oh I'm sorry we're not serving those right now they are still frozen"??????????????Wouldn't have been so bad but I am an elder and disabled.
