This time I was not happy steak sandwiches were completely ice cold I understand that their toaster was down but they didn't even offer to warm up the meat in any manner when I got home the steak tasted just like Grease pretty inedible!! Update thought I would go give these guys a second chance since this was my favorite Subway to go to I get home with my sandwiches and they are ice cold once again what is the malfunction I used to work at Subway it's really not that hard I will find a new location this dish needs to start if I think I might continue to give Subway my business!! ugggggg

Had a shredded chicken sandwich heated. Employee pulled 13 seconds before timer. Sandwich was cold. After telling them they did offer to microwave it. YUK. We ate inside and got to hear the team dismiss our opportunity to give great service. Hearing it was our fault. Maybe they should take a service course.
