try to get delivery and order is never right. can't call because they won't answer the phone. burger missing and cookies missing. didn't miss taking my money though.????

Pulled through the drive thru around 8:30 P.M. on 8/21/22. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! First off, there lobby was already closed when the lobby isn’t closed until 10:00. Second, we get in the drive thru line to order and there is another vehicle in front of us at the speaker. After about 5 minutes, that vehicle drove off without ordering. I pulled up to the speaker and soon discovered why. The person with the headset was sitting in his car behind us. He was singing some rap song and cursing. Then said he was on his phone. This was after I said “Hello” twice to get his attention and he ignored me. After I said “You know I can hear you”, he got out of his car and started walking back to the store. He asked me what I wanted and I started to order. He said “that’s a bet, is that all?” I asked for a baked potato and he said they were out. That’s when we decided that we did not want to waste our money ordering there and paying for the terrible service. They don’t even close until 12:00 at night. Definitely will not be going back.

All workers were high, and got our whole order wrong and kept arguing with us saying they were right! We also didn’t get all the drinks we ordered and they held our debt card for good 25min. It took them 45 minutes to get through the drive through.

Drive thru is incredibly slow unless you come at off-peak hours. People are hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Dining room is not open, even though hours suggest otherwise. In the picture, that circular line on the wrapper is a rather long hair. The manager offered to remake the burger at least. That’s the only thing that saved this from being one-star.

Lobby was locked so we had to wait a long time in the drive thru. There were people and kids inside sitting down so not sure why it was locked. When we were finally able to order they were out of what we came for. Why are lobbies still closed?? We wasted so much time!!

Ordered online, they couldn’t fulfill my order because there “were only 3 of them” most stores have to stay open and work with only one employee. Three should be more than enough. Took my money and I won’t get it back for several days, I’m 7 months pregnant and fully not in the mood for people getting paid to do nothing and take money. My partner is a manager at a fast food restaurant and works all night most night by himself, 3 is full staffed for him and they are never backed up and make everything made to order. Just goes to show how some people “work”

I ordered 2 salads paid and received my order close to 15 minutes after paying. I requested 4 dressing and 4 pecan packs 3 times. When finally receiving my order the staff member looked me in the eye and promised everything requested was put in the bag. I got home to find out that 2 pecans was all that were provided plus the blue cheese grumbles were left off again. I have been having problems at this location for years. I have received the excuse that "most customers don't like Blue Cheese so we just leave it off." I have been a customer of Wendy's at this location for over 20 years and eaten salads at least 2 to 4 times a month and received many good salads but, l have had to go back too many times due to the same mistakes over and over again. I have to check my order every time from now on because it is too frustrating to deal with going back for items left out of my order. This causes so many issues like destruction of atmosphere of eating a meal with my wife and having to go back for pecans and blue cheese crumbles that makes the chicken apple pecan salad so good and without it the salad is not as good. I hope you check your order before you leave because more than likely it is short of something on your order and the chaos that may make in your life beside feeling lied to by staff and anger for going through the ordeal of going back again and again to get what was left off. My wife and I enjoy these healthy salads when we receive them complete but having complications again and again ruins the meal and my serenity.

Terrible and won't watlste time or my money here again! I was so excited to realize that there was a Wendy's so close to my new home, as I am a fan of their burgers as well as their fries, and even though their drinks are not near as good as other places, I figured it would be a good trade-off to be able to have their burger again. Nope. Big mistake. Incredibly rude at the order screen and the girl at the last window acted like I'd asked her to stand on her head, when I requested a straw and ketchup. Then they forgot the cheese sauce that they didn't forget to charge me for, so I had to go back around to go in to get my cheese sauce. There was literally no one else in the store ordering nor waiting on orders inside. There was one car in the Drive-Thru that was still ordering, which is why I chose to come inside... I didn't want my fries and burger getting cold while I waited for them to order pay and get their food. Well not only did I end up waiting, but I waited 8 minutes!! Do you know how long 8 minutes is?? And the part that made me the most furious is that seven or eight people, maybe the same people repeatedly a few times, would walk to the front counter and see me and then turn around and walk away without saying anything. A couple times I saw a face even peek around the corner at me to see if I was still there, but no one would actually help me. I wasn't too concerned with it, as someone had already asked what I needed when I walked up to the counter the first time. But then he came back 8 minutes later, set the cheese sauce down on the counter, no bag, no thank you no apology no nothing and walked away just like everybody else. I really wish companies would realize that their food is only half the battle. Employees this bad will run off numerous customers, and you may get their money once or twice, but they won't keep putting up with being treated that way. And for me it only took once, I will not be back.

If you doordash in the south OKC do not accept orders from there especially at night they're slow asf whether they're busy are not now during the day is totally up to you to accept orders but at night don't do it whether the lobby is open or not

Will never order from here again nuggets are burned to the point you cant eat them. Baconater fries but only got cheese fries. Called and manager had a complete attitude

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The food was so cold I put it in the microwave upon receiving it, they couldn't take card, didn't know the address of their location for the mobile order I already submitted and had no more honey mustard. When the said they'd sub ranch, we got zero sauces. The 4 x4 was a cold burger and cardboard, inedible nuggets. Beyond bummed.

My disappointing experience at this Wendy’s is no different from 99% of the other reviews I just read. Only wish I had read them PRIOR to stopping here. Excruciatingly slow service. But my real quandary is….how is this salad an “Avocado Southwest” salad. Um. No avocado. No bacon as advertised. This pitiful little salad cost $8. What in the world?? I feel sure Dave would not be proud. Have to take Wendy’s off my list of places to eat at.
