Tanner brought us our food at 11pm and normally at this late hr ppl are grumpy and customer service is not a priority. Tanner was an absolute angel! He had such positive energy and great customer service! I would hear him in the back cheering on his co-workers that they’re doing at great job and to keep up the good work. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE ASAP!! ?

This Whataburger is The slowest one I’ve ever seen first off second off completely lazy they never put the sauces in there. I even ask multiple times for them to make sure they put the sauces in the bag because they never do It never fails, even after all of that they still don’t put the sauces in the bag. Just plain lazy.

I have to argue every time about my jalapenos. I order the jalapeno burger and want grilled onions and jalapenos. Then I get charged for the jalapenos a second time. They aren't taught how to ring it up without the charge.

If you’re looking for fast food, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for slow food, come through the drive thru! After sitting in the drive thru lane for 15+ minutes most days, as a bonus you’ll get home with something missing! And the cherry on top is that they always have the sweetest person taking your money and giving you your food while staying completely silent, even after thanking them! If you couldn’t tell by reading all of this, I’m using sarcasm, for the compliments. When you do go to this location, I hope your experience is much better than ours usually is.

Waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru to not get all of my food, when I called and talked to Candice she insured me that I would get the meal for free when I come back, fast forward to me coming back just to wait in line for 30 MINUTES again to have to pay for my food!!! Horrible customer
