Guys, if you try Billy Sims brisket, you will hate anything with the name brisket. Dry dry dry. I have to eat it because I payed for it. It’s a waste.It make sense why they collect their Tip upfront. Because nobody will be a Penny for that.I should knew, why the restaurant was empty. Lesson learned

I always get the same thing. Half a rack of ribs and bring in my collector’s cup for the $1.00 refills.Most of the time the ribs are really good but every now and then they seem a little dry. I still enjoy them.I get sides every now and then and I really like the mustard potato salad. It’s so good I get two for sides.I like spicy but not too spicy. I mixed the hickory with the spicy bbq sauce to get it just right.

This location is a roulette game every time we go. yesterday was no different. It usually seems clean enough and quiet. The kids working were nice and accommodating. One constant is the sides are always good. I love their regular potato salad! My husband and oldest love their mac an cheese. It is just ok for me. The real reason we go is the sliced brisket. On this visit the brisket was tough and not really cooked long enough. The fat was barely cooked. The ribs my mother ordered were on the small side. One half of the table was served sides in small baskets the other were served in the regular sides Styrofoam cups. The baskets were substantially larger. It was a bit odd, I had never seen that before. The polish sausage was what one would expect. The hot BBQ sauce is enough to cover the mistakes they make on the meat. We will be back but hope for better brisket next time!

Great service. Great atmosphere. But the food was mediocre at best.
I was born and raised in Texas and missing good bbq. I had the ribs with Billy bbq beans and potato salad the hubby had the sausage with Mac n cheese and Billy bbq beans. Everything was delicious! The ribs were so tender and juicy they fell off the bone. Even the hubby who doesn't usually eat ribs ate them. The portions were great and we enjoyed every bite.

We got two loaded baked potatoes stuffed with chopped brisket, a chop brisket sandwich, a side of macaroni and cheese, and some of their baked beans. Everything was delicious and service was great.

We had our order delivered. When we opened the bag the only thing in our order were 2 tiny sandwiches and none of our sides. I called and they said if I wanted to drive to the restaurant they would give me my sides. I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to go to the restaurant. Duh! I am very disappointed. I will never order from them again. Two tiny sandwiches for over $23.00, plus a $6.00 delivery fee along with a tip. I did give my delivery person an extra tip when she got here.
