Worked there for a very short period. Was dealing with a mental health emergency (I took an attempt at my life) and wound up in the hospital for a week. Was told the day I was released that I was due at work at 5 that day by my manager John. Complete lack of compassion over a major health issue. The servers themselves are absolutely wonderful and kind.

My family went to eat tonight . There was not a lot of people dining in this evening , to make it busy. We ordered our food and waited at least half and hour , the waitress told us they were making the wraps. Well about an hour later , came back offering us an appetizer while we waited. It took longer time to get the appetizer too, three tables around us all received their food . So asked the waitress she said they were working on it. So after about and hour some , we talked to manager ( she seemed nervous and wasn’t sure of what the problem was ! ). Also one of the orders was wrong when we did get it so sent it back to fix it, but came back cold. After getting our food, 2 and half hours later we left disappointed .

Manager was cutting employees while a server had a large group he couldn’t keep up with. Not one employee helped. They just did their closing duties. Waited an hour for drink so didn’t get any food. Buffalo No Wings

My friends and I went for National Wing Day, waited in line, and then we’re refused after we waited and were there before 5. Asked the manager and his words were “should’ve been here before five”. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Very uncalled for.

Visit started off rough if I'm being honest. Girl who sat us down seemed like such an unpleasant person. Not overly rude or anything but just unhappy. Got seated. Place was NOT busy. We sat. And sat. And sat. No contact from anyone. No drink order, no nothing. After easily 15 minutes I flagged down a guy who ended up saving the night. His name is Estevan. I told him what the situation was and he was very apologetic. Apparently we had slipped through the cracks during a shift change or something like that and so he took over our table immediately. He got our drink order and took our food order. From that point forward everything was phenomenal. He is polite, efficient, and very very warm and personable. Before he came along I would have sworn that I would have left a one-star review full of a lot of nasty comments. He was so good that as far as I'm concerned the overall visit was a huge win. It really is all because of him though. Great great server and human being. Will definitely go back and try our hardest to get a table in his section.

Love the food. Personally, the Parmesan Garlic boneless wings are the best! Prices have went up, but thats to be expected with today's economy. I do wish that they offered some kind of meal that includes drink, entree and side for one set price like they used to. I believe that have one for lunch hours, but dinner time would be great when families go in to eat. Gets costly piecing the meals together a la carte. Food is really good though!!

The owner of this location has apparently given up! We were served warm beer, under-cooked wings, baby carrots and celery that looked like a child had prepped them. Hostess seated us and put two clean forks down on top of the menus (that everyone touches). No napkins anywhere! We had to ask for them! Service was poor for a place that was not that busy! Wings were not hot.

Just don't go here!Waited 15 minutes and no one came to the table, so we had to go to the front and ask for a waitress, while others that got there before us already had drinks and ordered food. There were multiple waitresses just standing around talking, and they made us wait even longer for a different waitress.They said ranch and carrots came with the meal, then charged us for both. Management wouldn't do anything about the long wait or charge for carrots.
