I was in line for breakfast and the employee was talking socially (not taking her order) to the lady in front of me until 10:31 and would not honor the breakfast menu. Even though I was there before 10:30 and he was just chatting.

Asked for no pickles, still got pickles.. it’s 11 and my fries are some how soggy. Was being super polite and held the door for the manager after he held the first for me. Said thank you. Got not a word in response. The same for when my name was called. Order for “Daniel”, I respond with a thank you and get silence in return. Great experience chic fil a!
