If I could leave these idiots one star I could. If they mess up your food or your just not pleased with it and would like a refund well GOOD LUCK. Apparently if there's no manager on duty and her lazy self doesn't remember she has a store to run and can't answer her phone then you are SOL. Seriously so nasty too everything was greasy I couldn't even open my sauce let alone handle it. Glad I didn't eat their food probably would have made me sick and look like the people who work there.

Excellent food and staff. The service was amazing and they were very friendly. The guy working the drive thru was an outstanding surprise as he was friendly, helpful and very respectful. My truck was not running correctly as I made my way to through the line when all of a sudden it died and the guy running the drive thru same out and helped

My husband and I love this food but stop coming to this location because the service was terrible. BUT today we decided to give this place another chance because it had been over 6 months or longer . Today the man that took our order and the same man at the drive thru was professional and kind not like before rude people. He had us park because of the fish and we were glade to do it. He came out to the car and was awesome. You all finally hired a good employee. Thank you sir we will be back weekly.
The Chicken was good but the drinks tasted like dirt so I'm sure they aren't cleaning their machine properly. That's an easy clean so if that's dirty I don't want to know what else is being neglyin that

After waiting 15 mins to order and pay for our food. We were told they only have wings an a couple of legs. Food would take another 10-15 min. We needed the 8 piece dark.This is the 3rd time we have left with no food from here. Next time we will call our order in beforehand. I miss your chicken and corn nuggets!!

There's never high expectations for fast food restaurants but I want to give a shoutout to my man Erwin, give this man a raise!!! He was very patient when I was ordering, made sure my order was on point, and always had a smile. I know it isn't much but he made my day :) this will be my go to Chicken Express!
