I usually love this location but I was served the worst quality food today. The guacamole was so dark and some parts were brown and the queso was chalky. I normally never have this issue and look forward to this location, but I was so grossed out I couldn't even finish my bowl. Very disappointed

I had the worst expirence. My order was placed at the wrong store and I was unable to speak to anyone or get help. Every number I called sent me straight to a robot and there is no button when you place a order to require at to cancel. They are stealing money.

EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Thought I'd give this place one more try. Nope, they failed again. I eat at a LOT of Chipotle's across the country and this one is hands down the WORST! I ordered my regular burrito bowl and chips online this evening and it was delivered without the chips and the bowl wasn't even half full. No credit was given for the chips so I had to figure out how to contact their automated chat to get a complimentary chip and guac even though I ordered a chip and corn. Basically, this place could care less whether they charge you and don't provide the food or not. A respectable restaurant would have credited back the chips they didn't put in the order without burdening the customer with the task.Save your money and eat somewhere else. Consistently, every time I've given this store a second chance, the chips are ALWAYS stale and the rice is WAY undercooked. The concept of Chipotle is wonderful. The quality of Chipotle leaves little to be desired. If I wanted to crunch my rice instead of savor it, I'd ordered ICE in my burrito bowl instead of RICE! Had too many chances in my book, I'M DONE wasting my money at this place. Just threw $20 out the door today! HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!

So I ordered from this location since it near my place of work. I paid $5.50 for chip and guacamole. I was literally sent 8 CHIPS in the bag!!! I called and all you get is soft off location to an answering service and they do not allow you to talk with anyone at the actual restaurant!!! All I was offered was some buy one get one coupon but NOW I KNOW WHY I GOT TO QDOBA!!! They fill the bag with chips. Poor poor customer service. I was asked to be refunded Just for the chips but that was denied along with delivering more chips. I can't leave since I am at work but I paid for delivery and a tip!! SHAME SHAME ON THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

Very busy at lunch but they are fast and really push the line through. I like the bowl concept that several restaurants have and this is one I have steered away from because of early issues with the chain.It is tasty! I enjoyed the flavor of the brown rice and pulled pork. I also enjoyed the drink selection (not soda). They include turmeric in a couple of the drink selections adding a unique flavor. Thank you all for your great service.

The food was great and the place was clean. I let the server know that my girlfriend has celiac disease, and he immediately changed out the utensils to make sure to minimize the chance of cross contamination.Thank you, Desmon, for the great customer service!

We walked in to order our food. They told us they could not make our order unless we ordered online… while standing in the store, wanting to pay in cash. They continued to deny the in store order. So we left and went to Qdoba instead.
