Had not been there in that specific location in a while, so it was a pleasant experience, all so clean. Great selection and super fresh ... personnel was outstanding attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

I bring my family here and everyone gets what they want. They make custom pizzas if you ask. I like the crustless pizza and I add extra marinara sauce from the buffet. They have Alfredo sauce as well. The salad bar is fresh and well maintained.We always leave satisfied.

Definitely not like it was back in the day, "hi welcome to CiCi." Several salad bar options available we had to wait for bread sticks and pizza. It seems staff only made minimal. Kinda annoying. No silverware cleaned or napkins. Possibly short staffed but there were 5 employees working.

Great experience. Daniel was especially helpful at the register as we tried to find our coupon. Is this the best pizza and food on the face of the planet? No, of course not but it shouldn't be for $5 a person. For what you pay for it is a steal. Salad, soup, pasta, breadsticks, any type of pizza that you want plus several different desserts. It was absolutely worth it and we will go back again.

Me and my 4 year old son threw up after eating this place. The food looked very old and I wanted to turn away but at that point my kid was screaming cause he was hungry. And the lady with the box braids is rude as hell, she don't wanna work there. Very unprofessional and I literally got food poisoning because they hang their pizza on the wall like a coat rack. And to top it off not wear any gloves. I highly would not recommend

The back door with a panic bar was slightly open..when I reported i expressed concern about it ...being it is at back of arcade also restrooms...this is in a children's area...stop and smell the coffee ☕..the lady said oh we have cameras everywhere..it is a door that should not be accessible regardless..Fix this problem please
