I ordered a number 1 and a number 7 off the menu with no substitutions with water. I usually order water since it will make the combo cheaper and then make no substitutions so it’ll come out faster, but not at this place. There is no discounted price for water, so we basically paid $4 for two plastic cups. Plus, we waited a long time, and watched 5-6 other people behind us get their food first.I didn’t think our order was that complicated, and every other fast food place I’ve been to will just swap out the combo with a burger and fries if we are ordering water, or work with us in some way if there’s a cheaper way to get what we want.The lone bright spot was that the food itself was actually really good. I just paid a LOT for what I actually got.

While the food is your average Mac Donald's clone, the deserts are what separate dq from the others, but above all else there is house-made ranch with onion rings, imo there best item on there menu as far as quality onion rings go in Norman, that isn't dine in. That being said this location will never have any in stock during dinner times at least, everytime I've gone at night they fail to keep them stocked ? idk only place I've had issues with keeping high demand items IN STOCK.

I'm not a fan of a place that charges you $139.00 for a Medium Cheesecake blizzard! This caused a huge problem with my autopayments on my bank account. I have one question, who would like to get sued for theft? I have bills due today and I'm going to be $57.39 short due to your idiocy. the Time it is going to take to get my money back will have cost me almost $500.00 in late fees now. I already talked to customer service and it looks like this will be taken care of in a few days. That doesn't stop all the late fees I will be acquiring. Please tell me how you plan on rectifying this issue?
