If I could give zero stars I would. I called well in advance and ordered cheesecake cupcakes for my sons birthday party. They called me 2 hours before I'm suppose to pick them up to tell me they forgot to let the bakery know and I'm basically out of luck.

I love Gigi's cupcakes!!! I was so glad to find one close to our hotel in Norman. They had a large variety of flavors. They were excellent, as usual. They are always so moist and delicious...the best cupcakes I've had. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and super friendly. Gigi's is a must try!!

If you're going to change your hours , that's why they have Google my business and other things to let people know ! Lazy way of owning and operating. Pay someone to keep up with this and stop being cheap .

Recently visited for a to go cupcake and had a moist delicious cupcake when I got home. I would go back and try more. They had so many flavors to chose from. Customer service was helpful and nice .

I've tried to go to Gigi's two different times when in the area. Both times, the business page online told me it was open. The first time, the shop closed 50 minutes early. When I attempted to go into the shop, the girl inside just stared back, with no explanation why they closed early. The second time, they were flat out closed all day, after their site said they were open that day. Very poor attempts at business here. I'll never "attempt" to come here again.
