Been here over 5 times and always ordered a Croque Madame with no ham. Today they tell me they can't remove the ham, and after I mentioned ordering it that way for over a year, the cashier rudely said "Sorry 'bout that" and shrugged it off with no explanation. Poor attitude and very disappointing from LA Madeleine.

I can't believe how much this place has gone downhill. Of course the ordering system has never made sense. You have to order your dessert first, then take a tray. You get your soup and salad. Then you pay. Then you go get your own drink and silverware and sit down. They bring your sandwich out 15 minutes later, so if you were hoping to dunk your grilled cheese into some hot tomato basil soup, it ain't happening. They don't give you bread and jam anymore like they used to. Also the recipes for many signature items seem to have changed, substituting cheaper ingredients. It just doesn't taste the way it used to. I also find it annoying that this entirely self-service restaurant prompts you with 10%, 15% or 20% tip suggestions.

My husband and I happen to be in the area and decided to have brunch there. The last we have dine in a la Madeleine was in Orlando Fl. The breakfast was very good as well as the service. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful Saturday brunch. There was a mix-up that delayed our order for more than 30 minutes however the manager apologized and accepted personal responsibility. More importantly she graciously made it right.

With my wife and daughter for lunch. The hostess acted rushed. But it was lunchtime so I can understand that. The food was great! However it was sort of like eating in a wind tunnel. There is a constant howl that is very annoying. I will not be dinning in here again!

I don't go to Norman often, but when I do I always stop here first. It's a nice treat for us and the foods great along with pastries on the way out. Nice staff and casual atmosphere.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, since I had visited this location previously a year or so ago and it was just "meh". However, today's visit was different; the eggs, bacon, croissant, & coffee were delicious and really hit the spot. In addition, the service was attentive and on point. I'll look forward to returning the next time I'm in town.
