I would give no stars if possible, my boyfriend and I went to eat here this previous Sunday night (2/25) and it was not busy at all yet the service was AWFUL. There's no reason for service to be this bad and slow when there was maybe 5 or so tables occupied. Took forever for us to get our drinks, appetizer and food and the whole time we were there, all the employees were hiding out in the kitchen ON THEIR PHONES or VISITING WITH EACHOTHER when they should be ATTENDING PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT WHETHER INSIDE OR OUT. This was awfully ridiculous, and we will not be back. DO BETTER LOUIES!!!!

Previous visits have gone well. Unfortunately, Sunday did not. Our family group is usually eight and we’re accustomed to waiting for all the food to be prepared and delivered together. Perhaps sitting at the large table upstairs posed a problem for our server. He would bring a couple of drinks then run back downstairs. We wouldn’t see him for long periods. All eight meals were delivered luke warm. Drinks were rarely refilled and only if you were quick enough to flag down the server before he ran back downstairs. Consensus was he must’ve had a friend he wanted to visit with instead of serving patrons. Glad they didn’t automatically add tip because he didn’t earn it. I tipped, but not my usual 20% for the group. We had reservations at 11 so I’m sure management can determine who “wasn’t” working.

Literally sat and waited for over 30 minutes for no one to come and ask for our order. They all sat in the back goofing off and talking, we ended up just walking out, it was beyond ridiculous considering that a waitress was waiting other people in our area….

This is my favorite of all the Louie’s locations. The staff is awesome and the food is better than any of the other locations. The cauliflower crust pizza is really great. This location and the Midwest City location are the only two that don’t overload it with cheese. They have Coop F5 on tap in two sizes. The club sandwich is another one of my favorites along with the fried green beans. They have a cigar lounge, private dining area, and a patio. This is the best Louie’s location period. If you are in the Norman area go check it out.Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower Crust pizza and whole wheat bread available.

We love Louie's and go fairly often. The fries at this one were different than the one on campus. They have switched them up (not as good as the old ones), or they have different ones. Would be disappointing if they are new fries, as the old ones were one of the reasons we go.

I dropped in on a Friday and had found the brunch online which looked amazing but realized that is only a weekend offering. I decided to swap my order to a small salad and half a sandwich. The salad was amazing. The diablo was a Philly cheesesteak that was extremely spicy. The heat was fantastic and my lips were on fire but I’m from Texas so I managed, but if you don’t like “it’s on fire hot” I wouldn’t suggest this sandwich. I probably will skip the sandwich next time because the meat was hard to chew. I think we also started with the chips and cheese which were 100! Overall highly recommend this place
